We had a good view, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, the Orange juice is so delicious, and taste ao fresh. You can also get coffee 24/7 next to the front desk. The location is good, and there's a Target right in front, which is very helpful if you're traveling with kids. Just keep in mind that they will charge you a $50 per night deposit for incidentals, which is refunded. This amount is held on your card as a guarantee for any potential damages or extra charges. However, if you're on a tight budget, this could complicate things when it comes to paying. I say this from personal experience, as we planned to stay for three nights but had to reduce it to two because of the hold placed on my card. If I return to Naperville, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I’d love to try the pool and consider booking a larger room, especially for us, as a family of five.

Location was key for me. Close to family we were visiting. The room was spacious for 2 people. We had the king bed room. Breakfast was good in the morning. The reception staff was very friendly.

Breakfast area - The seating became very full so sometimes hard to find a table. Don't know how old the hotel is, but some areas could use a refresh. Nothing that would keep me from returning in the future.

Convenient, clean, accessible, friendly, nice pool, plenty of parking, near lots of restaurants. Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was good but a little disappointing. Only scrambled eggs and sausage patties for hot food. They had bagels and English muffins but no bread or butter. All the other usual breakfast items were there.

Suite was spacious, bed was comfy, breakfast was above average for hotel fare. Facility was very clean, staff very helpful/nice. Location was perfect for our needs.

Bathroom door was difficult to close after entering due to the proximity to the toilet. Main door lock was finicky.

Breakfast was great. I liked the variety each day. The room lay out worked well, but needed some minor maintenance. There was some wet carpeting in one area that was unrelated to the shower or window.

I felt the cost was excessive.

I love this hotel. I do think the rooms could be a little updated. …although, I’ve been there several times and the beds are very comfortable the couches not so much.

No hot tub. My husband was sore from our long drive and was hoping to unwind. Pool was nice but almost too cold for our boys to enjoy. I liked it but I like a colder pool for swimming.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The place was very clean and housekeeping stayed on top of it. It was so refreshing to see the pool open again, breakfast offered again. I felt safe and I was very relaxed there. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was truly very friendly. I will stay there again and I will definitely recommend it to family, friends and traveling coworkers....thank you!!

The only thing I would suggest....Would be to have small trays so you could carry your breakfast meals and items to your room.

Breakfast was fair, busy morning I think due to sports teams so maybe it was difficult to replenish in time.

The spacious room. We had Queen suit with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The breakfast was ok. Not the best layout but more than some other hotels I’ve been to.

The pool area was out of towel and filled with loud people and some there to party. It was also overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. The elevator was last expecting date.
