Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable. Location was great!

We were put in a room that did not have an electrical socket on one side of the bed but had one on the other side of the bed. This was fine if only that electrical socket worked! I brought it to the attention of the staff, which swiftly tried to fix the problem! They ended up moving us to a different room! The thing is I have to use a cpap at night and my bag for said cpap was missing Sunday morning at checkout. Again, the staff was accommodating but my bag was not found. Very good place to stay but I DO NOT like others, staff or otherwise, in my room while I am not present! Just one request, please put a slip mat in the bathtubs! I almost fell 2x and ended up having to use a towel to keep from falling!

The room was clean and organized. The bathroom was clean too. Overall good experience.

You can clearly hear if there's someone walking over the hallway. And if someone else slams the door in the hallway, you feel like someone is slamming your door too. Also the vending machine should accept card.

We have to cancel last Sunday due to emergency at home when I try to call they say is ok no problem they cancel over the phone This charge was unfair bcs was emergency i Explain they agree to 😞 cancel. Now no Noby can help me. Wha a customer service? I call the hotel and Booking no help.

The staff was great. I enjoyed the location. It was close to everything.

Beds were clean and comfortable and check in staff and as great. Towels and linens were clean and crisp. Room was cool upon arrival at check in.

Facility was non smoking but there were cigarette burns all over the vanity in the bathroom and it smelled like a smoking facility. The walls in the bathroom were dirty next to the toilet and the trash bin and ALL “dresser/nightstand” surfaces were dirty. If we were to stay another night I would have brought disinfecting wipes. The counter at check in was COVERED in fingerprints and smudges, as well.

Very easy to find! Close to the expressway and nearby lots of restaurants and grocery stores!

I like that the hotel has a connected restaurant and a bowling alley which i find it very nice.

The bowling alley is still close.
