The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They asked if there was anything we needid and I appreciated that and they checked on us the housekeeping. Did they didn't excellent job of paying attention to there. Customers and helping them feel at ease.

We had a handicap accessible room. The room was really good except. We had trouble when we were bringing things in and out of the main door to the room. If there was some way it could be propped open. Or something so that it was easier to navigate. R Walker and wheelchair. Are anything else like the cart with our luggage? Through the room, it would have been a lot.

Very clean! Even pool area was very clean! (Saw staff scrub brush the pool floor) Friendly staff, hot breakfast by Sherry was scrumptious, cable tv so was able to watch the NFR, hot water with pressure for shower, liked I didn’t have to unpack my shampoo etc bc facility had dove soaps provided, very pleased with our overnight stay

The ice machine was broken on my floor but could still get ice in the 2nd floor

Our family has special needs that require us to have two rooms in close proximity. This was literally the only time that we showed up and got the rooms we had purchased without any issues, multiple phone calls or room changes. Thank you so much.

I hated that Fox News was on blast during breakfast. Just because I'm visiting Indiana doesn't mean that I need to hear conspiracy theories and hate speech first thing in the morning. Do better.

You messed up at booking.com. I had a confirmed handicap mobility assessable room booked at booking.com. However you did not convey that to the hotel. We ended up with a regular room. I NEED a chair height commode, rails, shower you Don’t have to step over and in. We were stuck with what you conveyed to them. Not the hotels fault. However I paid for what was charged to Me for the handicapped room even though it wasn’t handicapped.

Location was great for viewing the eclipse and visiting nearby parks. Having access to a pool was nice. Breakfast being available was nice and there were several options of food to eat.

Toilet needs to be replaced. It didn't flush unless you held handle down for several seconds, then released and the seat wasn't secure.

The drawers on our dresser kept opening for no reason. In the dark night, we could've wrecked into them getting to the bathroom. We told the clerk about it when we left. Both of us have full knee replacements and hitting an open drawer would be very painful. The clerk said they knew about the problem. Some simple shims under the front legs of the dresser might solve the problem. The only other thing was that the exercise open wasn't open when we wanted to use it. Not sure why it's not available 24/7.

Location good, prices way better than in Terre Haute, which is where I originally looked for a place to stay for one night. Very clean accommodations, interior bright and well tended, room very comfortable and AC unit was really quiet, way better than a Hampton Inn we stayed in earlier in the week. And very quiet room location, much appreciated. Bathroom had very nice towels and plenty of them. Breakfast offered quite a variety of foods, plus Chobani yogurt which I really like and never see at hotels. No to-go coffee lids, asked attendant who was very pleasant but she said hotel was out.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely greeting, easy check-in, helpful re where to eat.

The heating system is old and difficult to regulate. It was hard to adjust the setting so that the temperature was not too hot. Throughout the night we turned it off and then on again as our room became cold.

Very tasty. I wish they had a frig in the room. I take insulin and never thought to ask.

Needed a frig. Microwave.

The location was excellent as I was attending my 50 year high school reunion there in Cloverdale.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working but the pool was great for relaxing too.
