The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was nice. The beds were very comfy. The whole place was pretty amazing, clean, friendly and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend.

The only complaint I would have is that the shower head wasn't very good, but not worth lowering my perfect score for this hotel. We loved it.

Breakfast was great, the staff people were very friendly and went out of their way to help, say good morning and make me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend and will if I get the chance! :)

I could not find vending machines. There are snacks by the check-in counter, but very limited. It would be nice to have a choice of soda, especially since there were ice machines. I was scratching my head a bit.

For a post-COVID breakfast, one of the best. Hot food is still not often offered at most hotels of this class, so the variety of options was appreciated. The ersatz egg & cheese omelettes were the usual pre-fab garbage one finds, but the sausage was actually good and the sweet potatoes were an interesting and tasty option. Plenty of hard-boiled eggs were available, so "real" eggs were at the ready (making up for the funky "omelettes"). Plenty of yogurt was offered, too, along with the usual breads and a waffle machine. Coffee was good, too, with real half-n-half and a variety of sweetener options. The rooms had plenty of outlets in convenient places. The bathroom was amazing; the shower handle was opposite the shower head, which meant one could adjust the water temp w/o having to be under the head. Pretty cool. The head delivered real massage strength, if desired. And there was a nice ledge under the bathroom windows, allowing ample space to place things. The room was wisely engineered.

The temp controls took too long to adjust the climate. The mattress was a bit soft for my tastes. I do need a firm mattress for my shoulder, neck, and back. The bedding was fine for my wife and son, though. (We had a two queen room.)

The front desk staff was amazing! So friendly and kind. Room was clean. Bed was the perfect firm-soft ratio. AC was freezing cool! We didn't have time to hit the breakfast but it smelled amazing.

Not a biggie, but pillows too soft. If you like a firm pillow ask for extras!

The front desk employee was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like she really enjoyed her job. Very clean hotel. Have stayed multiple times.

The fire alarm went off for 15 seconds at 1:45 am and woke everyone up. Not sure why, no explanation given. The continental breakfast was ok, but orange juice is horrible.

The room and fixtures were beautiful. The bed was a little hard for me but my husband liked it. Loved the omelets at breakfast, a nice spread.

I liked that the room had usb ports and power outlet in lots of locations but the power outlets did not hold my plugs in securely.

it’s new and clean

missing the chocolate chip cookies that were always offered at the Hampton hotels. missing a hot tub by the pool. window shades are needed by the pool. strangers were standing in the dark shadows outside the windows watching the kids swim. creepy.

Enjoyed out stay very much and first floor rooms!! Ample good breakfast, staff very friendly and accommodating!! Didn’t use pool but looked very nice!!

Can’t think of anything!! Oh maybe cost of liquor and snacks!!

Location was great. Very clean. Made me feel at home. Very modern. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Nice pool. Bathroom was great.
