The continental breakfast. The availability of coffee, cookies, and water constantly. The little store in the lobby to purchase snacks and various sundries. Most importantly, the friendliness of all of the staff, from the front desk to the ones keeping the breakfast room stocked to the housekeeping services. Excellent!

Wish there had been a rod in the bathroom to hang the handtowel on. A folio in the room with nearby restaurant information and nearby attractions would have been helpful.

We travel with a cairn terrier who is very well-mannered. The room was clean and did not smell like there had been pets in it. They gave us a 10% discount to eat at a few restaurants that were close by. Nice touch!! The beds were comfy.

The coffee for breakfast was lukewarm. Not hot at all. The urns need to be replaced as the sign said. They need a coffee machine.

Clean, friendly staff, restaurants nearby offer discounts for staying at the hotel, hotel knew there were lots of kids staying for softball leagues so they put the older folks and people with no kids on the higher floors

Too many kids , weather cancelled the event. Nothing to do with the hotel though

The property was clean and the staff was so friendly. Terri made a great breakfast every morning and was so kind. My daughter loved the pool and the mid day chocolate chip cookies they would put out in the lobby. It was nice to be away from home but feel so comfortable.

My daughter had to learn patience when it came to waiting for the pool to open even if it was late. Haha.

Clean, comfortable, room layout, hot water, good breakfast, loved the shampoo and conditioner and lotion, good coffee, quiet, friendly staff.

Horrible selection for TV channels, no sign for fitness center so I found it too late. Elevators were really loud and jerky.

I likes that the room was clean. Only one chair

I made reservations for 2 Queen beds. I got twin beds! It was our anniversary so not enough room to sleep in same bed. Also breakfast was bad. But our last two stays in Hampton has had awful breakfast

I was very surprised at the prices that are charged for common snacks - after hours, such as five dollars for a single bottle of iced tea. Other things were much too expensive also, but I found out too late.

It was very clean.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 4p.m. but it wasn't. We were supposed to be somewhere at 5p.m. we were late! The breakfast was horrible. Smoke sausage and omelettes. Not my cup of tea. So we left and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Took forever to get anyone to wait on you at front desk, young lady working front desk was nice but was inappropriately dressed to be in a customer service position especially where there were alot of children staying there during several ball tournaments that were going on. Beds were not comfortable you could feel the springs in them

Clean, nicely kept facility, rooms etc. looked nice, staff very friendly, pet-friendly (with an outdoor area to take your dogs), very nice free breakfast, linens were very nice.

They only had one luggage cart; had to wait around for it.
