The continental breakfast. The availability of coffee, cookies, and water constantly. The little store in the lobby to purchase snacks and various sundries. Most importantly, the friendliness of all of the staff, from the front desk to the ones keeping the breakfast room stocked to the housekeeping services. Excellent!

Wish there had been a rod in the bathroom to hang the handtowel on. A folio in the room with nearby restaurant information and nearby attractions would have been helpful.

The property was clean and the staff was so friendly. Terri made a great breakfast every morning and was so kind. My daughter loved the pool and the mid day chocolate chip cookies they would put out in the lobby. It was nice to be away from home but feel so comfortable.

My daughter had to learn patience when it came to waiting for the pool to open even if it was late. Haha.

Location is good. Breakfast was fairly good, room was clean

Took forever to get anyone to wait on you at front desk, young lady working front desk was nice but was inappropriately dressed to be in a customer service position especially where there were alot of children staying there during several ball tournaments that were going on. Beds were not comfortable you could feel the springs in them

Fluffy pillows The room was nice and neat and there was a closet it's got a desk and lounging chair, a nice size TV king size bed with 4 nice fluffy pillows. Plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. They also give you complimentary Waters when you check in. They also have a breakfast which is included in the price. I like it, a nice place. They also have an indoor swimming pool, and workout room.

No negative, comments.

Very helpful. I was traveling to family Thanksgiving with my pup. Everyone was so helpful with her even when she had an accident. The mgr even watched her so I could eat breakfast. The room was so comfortable and quite.

Only complaint would be that I needed more lighting

It was the fastest check-in I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life! My room was already set up with a personalized note and bag of snacks when I walked in the room. Again, first time a room was prepared for me ahead of my check-in. It was very nice.

The only complaint was the shower. It did not drain well because when you turned on the shower, all the water did not divert to the shower head. Most was still coming out of the faucet. So, I was standing in about 3 inches of water the whole shower.

we didn’t know where the bedding was for the pull out sofa. so I had to search the room.

It was okay, got the job done but nothing exceptional about the food

It was fine. We didn’t arrive until very late, went to bed, slept fine and left relatively early. It would be unfair for me to rate anything but the room, which was fine, the one employee with whom I interacted(he was very helpful and nice), and the breakfast, which was unremarkable.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

How to enter room with key card. Had to have it reset to open door a few times. Other guests had same problem.
