Super close to the venue I needed to get to and it was nice being upgraded to a top floor corner unit.

The room had pieces of dried food and granola all over the floor. I was pretty frustrated getting out of the shower to find pieces of said food stuck to the bottom of my feet. I looked around the bed after noticing this and it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time - I’m not overly picky, but that was pretty gross.

This is a new hotel in a nice location surrounded by new bars and restaurants. Pretty "European" place, especially regarding cleanliness (the hotel and everything around is sparkly clean). Good selection for breakfast. And IKEA right around the corner, if you by any chance need a lamp or storage shelf :-)

Perhaps a bit expensive as for a non-downtown location. But maybe it was "that time" ... No complaints, really. It's a nice place.

Over all it was very nice. Besides somethings Listed above. Staff was super nice! I was very impressed with the fitness room plus had earbuds if you forgotten yours. Towels where very well stocked in the fitness and pool areas. Breakfast was very nice wish they would have had bagels or waffles. It was really nice having real silverware and plates at breakfast. Many places to sit. The room was a very nice size we like the couch it sat everyone and was relaxing room from home. Enjoyed most of our stay. I think we enjoyed it more if we wasn't in Indy for medical reasons.

Didn't like we didn't have enough towels we had 5 ppl and had 4 towels 3 wash clothes. Also found hair in the shower and found trash in the trash can. They could done little better at deeper cleaning.

We usually get a suite but this time it didn’t have a microwave or the center island to sit at. I was really disappointed and wanted to switch but my husband was already settled in. I guess we’ll know better next time to get the cheaper but better King Suite.

Location - close to highway, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Gentleman I checked out with wasn’t the friendliest.

The location was perfect! Hotel was super clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and it felt safe for COVID. Loved the view from the hotel. It's a great area centralized around a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The towels weren't changed out even though we were told they would be. Our room wasn't freshened up during our stay. That would of been appreciated. We wish there were more selections for the breakfast but understand due to COVID restrictions. It did take awhile for our room to get cold at night even when we turned it down.

I loved staying at your hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! My son was as living in Fishers, but now he lives in Denver so I won't be coming anymore . I tell all of my friends about how wonderful it is to stay at the Hyatt Place!

I loved the speedy check in even at midnight. The friendly & helpful staff. Loved my dinner blackened chicken sandwich and chips. Wonderful meal and great service at the bar on a Sunday evening.

The only thing I did not like was the icy parking lot. Very slick around 7:30pm.

Breakfast was great, in terms of selection. Liked the walk in shower. King bed was very comfortable.

Rowing machine display unit didn’t work. There were no cups for water in the workout room - worked out in the evening and early morning hours and neither time had cups available.

The room was clean and very spacious, it had plenty of room for my large family. Unlike many other hotels you could go the pool at your leisure versus booking your time. Breakfast was organized well with plenty of grab and go options. In short it was clean, safe, and spacious hotel with a staff that was friendly and accommodating

If i had to find faults with my stay it would be limited to two small things. No in room microwave, one was located in the lobby for use however. Additionally the shower pressure was low.
