Pretty comfy bed for a firm mattress.

The said I wouldn't be charged until I checked out (though a hold would be placed on my card), so I told him to use my credit card for the hold and I then planned to use my debit to pay. When I checked out I discovered that I'd already been charged on my credit card (in fact, charged when I checked in, though I wasn't informed of this). The very pleasant staff member that I checked in with said that I could use my debit to pay when I checked out. Again, that is not how it went. The pleasant staff member that checked me out of the hotel told me that I should have been informed before I was charged.

Clean comfortable room. Nice beds. Well maintained facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. Everything was just easy and hassle free. I have stayed at several different hotels in Fort Wayne and I would say that this is my favorite. It will be my go to place.

I don't really like the new coffee concentrate machines that are so wildly in use these days, but I understand that this is easier and cheaper. But the "coffee" is really rather flavorless and unappealing. It's a sad trend for those who really like our coffee ☕

Everything was great! The gentleman that was at the front desk when we got in, was awesome! He was a great help! He assisted us with getting us more toilet paper and more towels. He made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit back in Fort Wayne. The others that I traveled with, enjoyed the breakfast. We also appreciated the 24 hour coffee! We also like that there were restaurants were right there in the parking lot and we could walk to them.

Nothing really. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were greated by a cheerful night clerk who showed us to our room. The cleanliness was outstanding; especially the bathroom. How nice to have no worries! The rooms were well kept up and looked freshly painted. The heater kept us cozy on a 20 degree night. The beds were comfortable too. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. We started the next day with a wonderful hot breakfast . I wish we could have stayed longer.

Always clean , never had any issue with “bad guest” , I’ve worked at 3 hotels in Fort Wayne ( not this one ) but for the price , you get amazing service from check in to check out . It’s right by so many places if you need anything . If traveling it’s right off the highway . Breakfast was so good , I love they change it up with the hot food they serve . The workers were all nice and helpful . Pool is always clean & warm . I loved that they had guest washer & dryer ( not many hotels have them these days ) and it was clean as well . My kids and I live in Fort Wayne & we like to get a room every once in awhile & go swimming . Sidenote : I also liked that I was able to pay $100 deposit in cash , so I didn’t have to wait so long for the money to be released back into my account .

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property . My only issue I ever had was I was accidentally charged twice . Once by booking & then again at property , but like mentioned before , I’ve worked in hospitality , so I totally get it . It’s an easy mistake that can happen with 3rd party booking . I was hoping it would just fall off like the deposit & I waited to make sure it even went thru before saying anything & the gentleman who accidentally did it , was so nice and apologized & helpful . I know typically only managers can issue a refund , but he made sure to take all the information down & pass it along & helped the most he could .

This place is a gem! Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room and all facilities were exceptionally clean. The included breakfast offered something for everyone, lots of food and beverage choices. The pool was bigger than others in the area. And it was CLEAN!! I used the laundry facilities: clean machines in working order. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!

I can’t think of a single thing!

The location worked well. My brother had surgery the next at the nearby hospital so we had a short drive in the early morning. The night clerk was very nice and patient. Our rooms were close together like I had asked. I appreciated that!

The fire alarms went off twice. Once in the middle of the night. Not sure why. Also, tho the rooms were close together, they were right next to the lobby and it was noisy. I got woken up several times during the night, besides the fire alarms.

We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the room. Coffee was great! The beds were super comfortable and we loved that we could bring our dog! The staff was so helpful and friendly. It made the stay very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

The room had a huge red stain on the carpet and my son found some popcorn under the mattress. The remote got stuck on some channels and towards the end of our stay the room developed a really awful odor. Because we had a dog and a child I did document all this and told the staff. They were very nice and said we wouldn't be charged for anything. Still a great stay!

The pool was nice and warm and a good size and we had the pool to ourselves for at least 2 hours. Nice size room and shower had great pressure. We didn't eat the breakfast we wanted to try one of the local restaurants beings we were from out of town. It's location was awesome so close to everything.

I have breathing problems and the bed was so hard and the pillows wouldn't allow me to sleep up at an angle. Husband Sd it was ok for him .

Our room was huge! I booked a suite since we had our adult child with us and it gave us all our own space. When booking I thought the price was a bit high, but I understood after seeing the room. The bedroom area had a sitting space on one side, a king bed, and there was still a lot of space. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. If we are ever in the area again for an overnight stay I would definitely look at this hotel again.

The open concept of the upper floor and the lobby is nice, but not if you're trying to sleep. The door to the room faced out onto the lobby/breakfast area. If you wanted to sleep in and had your bed near the door, that would be difficult as you can hear all the conversations and laughter going on downstairs.
