Above average breakfast. Loved the layout of the room w extra,space w couch etc.

It wd be nice if the lights in the liv room area could be dimmed. They were only one set, pretty bright, unlike the ones at the bedside that were 3 levels of brightness. Also, that bathroom door, room 206, scrapes making a loud noise when you shut it, waking yr partner. Suggest that not SO many towels get put out, put extras in the drawer, cuz, I I imagine everything that was out will have to get washed. Since only 2 of us were there for 2 nites, we only really needed 1 bath, ea, 2 washcloths, couple of hand towels...

Very nice hotel , I travel with a support animal staff was very friendly with my pet we actually felt welcome most places are little standoffish if you travel with a pet but not here it was nice for a change not giving me a hard time because of my dog. I come to Indiana often to visit family n friends I will stay here during all of my visits now. Thank you all so much for a nice comfortable pet friendly stay . It was great , the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great French toast was amazing .. 🙂 thanks again !!

My stay wasn’t longer ..

I booked online which does not allow me to speak directly to someone from the hotel. I requested 2 adjoining rooms and was graciously accommodated. Also, the front desk clerk unlocked the exterior door very close to our room(s) which was helpful for my 95 yr old Mother who requires a walker. (The door leads to the exterior pool and remains unlocked while the pool is open. We were staying there in Oct when the pool was closed and the door locked.) Being able to use that access was so appreciated and convenient. We were fortunate to also be close to parking.

We went to a function early in the morning the day of our checkout and did not have time to check out before we left so I tried reaching the front desk for our hotel in Fort Wayne. Unfortunately, could only get the national Hyatt customer service representative who told me I had to drive back to the hotel to "check out". When I arrived at the hotel the front desk associate said it would not have been necessary to return. That was very frustrating!

The room was large and very clean. The hotel room was very quiet. Appreciated that the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and tasty.

Mattresses were older with soft spots in the center. We just slept in separate beds - in the middle! The hallways were in need of cleaning and updating - but it's always most important that the rooms and the breakfast area are clean, and they were.

The location is good for attending events at Purdue and visiting our grandson. We also like the size of the rooms.

The interior of the hotel i.e., carpets, elevator flooring, etc. are worn and generally “tired”. Also, probably the WORSE “scrambled eggs” (and I use that term loosely) I’ve ever had on a breakfast buffet! I think I mentioned this the last time I stayed there. Are artificial eggs or egg powder used instead of actual eggs? Whatever the case may be, something should be done about your “scrambled eggs”.

staff members were an absolute delight! Minus one! They were so kind, considerate and caring for the entirety of my stay! Incredibly helpful in every way and made my stay extra special!

The woman who checked me in was incredibly rude. It felt that I had interrupted her lunch. she didn’t stop eating throughout my check in where I was told absolutely nothing about the facilities or where to go! I did try asking but the burrito won

Every staff member we encountered were friendly and responsive with any request for an issues Everything was very clean! Spacious standard took. Visually at first glance everything.

Only 1 elevator working and the 2nd 1 didn't sound that great. The pullout sectional is nice but very worn in all 6 rooms we reserved. Wallpaper lifting in bathroom. The bed sizes were only a full not even a queen in a double bed standard room.

The location was great for our purpose. Staff was friendly. They served a good continental breakfast. Coffee was OK if you like really strong coffee.

We chose this hotel for the outdoor pool and it was closed the entire time. Also, if you are sensitive to smells, they used some kind of air freshener or room spray that was overpowering and frankly was not a fragrance I liked. It also was a trigger for my migraine.

Wow! For the value, I was blown away. Check-in was so easy, the staff was very friendly and informative. The room was fantastic, with a wonderful king-sized bed and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The AC worked great, and the shower was amazing. Our plans changed and we had to extend a night and the front desk agent did his best to find us a great rate. Breakfast was wonderful, and the first day was a bit different from the second. The outdoor pool was great for my kids. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and highways.

We had an adjoining door in the room and the first night the occupants were very loud. Not the hotel's fault I just need to remember to request non-adjoinging rooms.

I like the hot breakfast served. I enjoy staying here and staying every time I'm up here for my daughter, who will be attending Indiana Tech. Rooms are great, and I like the separate living area so we can sit to eat in the room and not be on the beds. I'll be staying here every time I come visit my daughter.

I do wish bathroom were a little bit bigger tomove around in but I just leave the door open. Lol
