The lady at the front desk the morning after I checked in, Paige, was great. The room I was originally given was slated for remodel and in desperate need of updating and cleaning. I told Paige about it and she put me in a much better room. She was super friendly and helpful!
The whole facility was a little drab overall but the manager explained that their maintenance person suffered an injury months ago and is still recovering. Rather than replacing him they've been doing the best they can in his absence and holding his position for him to come back. I think that's noble of them.

The staff was great we had a booking issue with booking.com not having our rooms and the counter guy made everything right and went above and beyond he did a fantastic job for us and some of our baseball teammates who had same issues

Friendly and informative staff. Always nice coming back to the room all cleaned and made bed. Breakfast was great and always stocked.

The staff there was amazing! To truly review our experience watch our videos on tik tok and the nightmare we had at the hotel a half a mile away. It was so bad and we gladly found this gem at comfort inn. Thanks again! Btw your video went viral over 30k views since Monday! Love choice hotels!!! ❤️ @thebigmarthashow

The staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was a perfect temperature. The hair drier was nice. The pool was perfect. Checking in and out was very simple and easy.
The shower didn't get very hot, and there was no kind of laundry hamper or basket in the room. The trash cans were really small too. And the microwave just couldn't pop popcorn before it burnt it.

We really liked the atmosphere. Although they were under staffed each of the workers were kind and apologetic. The pool was one of the cleanest pools I've seen at a hotel in a long time
Elevator was broke we were on the 3rd floor and one of the air conditioning units in our room leaked water all over the floor. Otherwise it was great!
