The hotel has high standards in everything. Very clean, we checked some places that are sometimes skipped by room maintenance in other hotels, and this one was really above expectations. Modern and stylish furniture. Very adequate lighting and amount of sockets for your gadgets. Other guests mentioned some noise outside, but it was very quiet during our stay. All kitchen gear is provided - pots, tableware, silverware, and some useful accessories. Pool was warm, though the water was some turbid, and yes, pool towels are provided. Gym equipment is very typical but new and in excellent state. Breakfast was good, with enough space for guests in the breakfast area. And of course very welcoming and helpful staff.

Though the location is great for transit travellers, there is nothing in pedestrian access, except a gas station and a couple of fastfoods ~500 m away. That's not a fail of the hotel but guests should plan their evenings accordingly. As for the hotel, it would be great if the water in the pool wasn't so turbid, and if there was more than one robe hook in the bathroom.

The room was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was really convenient and the staff were all good people.

The only thing I didn’t like was that except for breakfast, almost no food was available. I didn’t have a car, and there were no grocery stores or restaurants in walking distance.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location near the airport and price compared to other nearby hotels was originally why we stayed here. So when we needed to return to this area, we chose here because of our previous positive experience.

Building shows no signs of age, and the decor and interior was clean and looked fresh. The room itself, while not the largest, managed to pack a lot of amenities and a large bathroom into the space given. Free airport shuttle also provided, with departures every 30 minutes.

Breakfast service was served between 6 am to 9 am, which means some guests would miss out (I had to leave at 5:30, and wanted a bite before leaving). Air conditioning unit could be quieter. These complaints are very minor, and does not apply to most guests.

I liked the room it was gorgeous. The rooms are like little apartments. They have fridge/freezer stove, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, everything to the dish soap and pot holders. The staff overnight was wonderful. I wish I got her name but she was a blonde lady and was alone. She was so helpful. I was on my way home driving from Missouri to New York and we were tired and stressed. I couldn’t find a lot of our toiletries so we needed lotion, toothpaste, q-tips etc. I would run and ask if they had something and she was always so sweet and never made me feel like a bother.

The only thing that I didn’t like was they had a small area where they had small bottles of soda, and frozen dinners, ice cream, snacks mainly and they were overpriced. I thought they should be way less if not free with the room for the night.

New and modern. Plenty of parking Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Reasonable sound proofing. Didn't hear neighbors or planes.

New shower design has no door or curtain. Pillows the had a funky smell.

Great location, service and comfortable beds. Reliable shuttle service to airport. Luis the shuttle driver was friendly and professional.

Our room was close to the Fed Ex parking lot so was quite noisy at night

We liked the overall silence of the hotel considering it being next to the airport.

Pretty far from central city. I booked thinking it was closer. That’s on me.

Shuttle bus service was great. Breakfast included was helpful. Large rooms and very well equipped.

You will need a car or cab / uber to go anywhere.

The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was super comfy, and everything seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again. the proximity to the airport was nice.

It would be nice to have a water dispenser in the dining area that you could use regularly. The hotel sits a bit off the main road, so a directional sign along the main road would be nice. Google maps took me right to it, but the turn off the main road was unexpected, especially at night.
