Housekeeping was great Bang fest down the hall, was loud, but exceptional! Breakfast was... ( free) 😆

Dog barking in room next to me all night was annoying! And I had my own poop bags, but the boxes outside were empty, I let staff know I didn't appreciate other pet owners not clean8ng up after their pets, bc now I'm walking in dog shit, to clean up after my pet Also need USB outlets this day and age 😉

A whole lot more than I expected. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. Everything worked and was clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice lounging area where you can watch TV if you'd rather not sit in your room. They even accommodated a very early check-in.

The staff could have been more outwardly friendly.

I got 2:54pm and the lady at the front desk doesn’t even look at me and shows me her hand with 3 fingers meaning check in was at 3pm. We travel quite a bit and never have I got this kind of treatment. She needs some hospitality training. The rest of the stay was ok.

Staff was fairly welcoming and friendly.

Despite the staffs assurances that an email would be forthcoming, I have not recieved the promised email with a copy of my receipt. I need it for reimbursement. Staff needs to understand the importance of such things.

Brand new bed, very comfortable. B'fast was great -- good variety, hot foods hot, cold foods cold. Very eco minded, explained the towel, bedding and why they only changed linens every other day.

Even though they didn't change the linen every day, it would have been nice if they came by and made up the beds each day. Because maid service didn't enter the room, they didn't see we needed supplies (shampoo, soap, bathroom tissue, etc.)

Hotel location was convenient. The room was comfortable and convenient location.

The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer compartment. The GFI outlet in the bathroom was worn out and the plug kept falling out of the GFI electrical outlet. I recommend the hotel management follows up on getting that GFI outlet replaced as soon as possible since it poses a safety hazard.

King Room - Loved the bed, love the deep tub to soak in. Soundproof rooms make it even more enjoyable, couldn’t hear any of the other guests even though it was busy the night we stayed.

Front desk lady came off rude and like we were a bother. She could pretend she’s not just there to collect a check.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were excellent and the room is super quiet in the morning so we were able to sleep as late as we wanted. The air conditioning was very good.

The Bathroom was not the nicest and bathtub did not drain properly, but it was not a huge issue for us. But it was definitely adequate.

Front desk personnel didn’t explain very well how me changing the reservation name from my name to my daughter’s who was there for graduation at Purdue worked. I tested positive for Covid the day before the graduation from my home in NC & couldn’t go so she & a friend drove there from Ky.

It was very quiet and restful! I will always (if they aren't booked) stay there when in Lafayette! Cost was reasonable!!!

I liked everything, they were very acomadating
