Overall very nice and clean.

Elevator would be worth looking into. I have bad knees and had asked for a 1st floor room if possible when I booked it a few weeks before, but they were unable to so. Very understandable. The front desk gentleman offered to get my luggage up for me, but I was able to roll it up on my own. No coffee maker or coffee in room, but this was available in the breakfast location. Only two types of cereal and two types of bread as offerings for breakfast. But the toast gave me enough to go on for breakfast. I would suggest getting USB ports in the rooms or on at least one light. I did not have a plug with me, so I was unable to charge my phone in the room.

The property was clean and well situated for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no elevators and being handicapped I had to give up the Deluxe suite I ordered for a smaller room on the first floor but they still charged me for the Deluxe suite. Breakfast was toast, cereal, instant coffee and juice. There are no coffee pots in the rooms.

Great lodging for the price! Easy in and out. Quiet and comfortable. Small breakfast because of covid restrictions, however enough to get the day started. Sleep, exercise, shower, breakfast, very close to shopping and my visiting place all for very affordable price. Thanks! I will be back.

On my first stay, the AC unit in room gave off a stale smell.

I had a little problem when I booked my room. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with correcting my reservation. The hotel lobby and the room were very clean. The hotel was also very quiet and is located in a good location.

Great location 2 minutes from BSU campus, close to lots of stores and places to eat. Room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint was that the closet bar in our room had no hangers so we had no way to hang up our clothes, only stayed one night and weren't bothered enough about it to mention it to staff.

I like breakfast in the morning, But the selection of the food was not called for they had 2 different cereal and toast nothing else that is not breakfast.

Location was great. Very close to everything: grocery, restaurants, dollar store and sports venue.
