The location was ideal, being right off the expressway with a multitude of restaurants and shopping places available. The room was spacious, immaculate and had lots of places to charge electronics. The bed was wonderful! The shower was large. Breakfast was good. The check out staff were very kind and genuinely interested in my stay.

The walls were very thin. Someone was walking back and forth between midnight and one and it sounded like the person was in our room. I thought it was my husband at first, that's how close the noise was! It startled me and woke me out of a deep sleep. Did not have earplugs with. The check in person was a bit abrupt.

Nice new facility. Spacious & clean. It appeared to have been designed with purpose. Floor length mirror had a shelf and plugs for what I can only assume was designed for curling hair, doing makeup, etc.

We had an issue with our online reservation. One of the front desk people was a little rude about it, to the point the other person took time from checking in his guest to say a couple of kind words to us. Wasn't exactly a welcoming behavior. Also, for a new facility our bathroom was a little rough. Things had been repositioned on the wall but not repainted.a grab bar was falling off the wall in the tub, seemed super dangerous.

When you 1st walk in - you see how clean & smell the freshness- this is a good sign. Checkin went smoothly The room was huge ( 2 queen with accessibility) It was so fresh, so clean, and very comfortable. The room accommodates comfort for a relaxing meal after a long day of driving, it was a perfect location. Went to the gym to move the legs & it had everything for a light workout. Pool and patio were inviting. We have some more trips on this route (missouri to NY). We will definitely keep this location in mind.

Very large rooms, very clean lobby, friendly staff. The location was very close to the interstate which was a plus to head out the next day. A few food places nearby so you don’t have to go far. They got us a different room quickly since ours wasn’t done being cleaned just yet because they were short staffed that day.

The beds were kind of hard. Water pressure wasn’t very strong. Carpet/floor needed cleaned-made my sons feet very dirty after his shower.

Almost new modern facility - good value. Very large room with higher ceilings than typical hotels. - spacious and clean! Bed pillows comfy. Personable staff.

Constructive criticism for the Comfort Suites interior designers: The room furniture a bit too small/minimalist (as modern) and layout seemed a bit peculiar.. Despite the long length of the room, the beds were set too close to the window wall such that there was perhaps just 12" between the furthest-most bed side and the projecting HVAC unit. Thus the space between the wall and bed was not accessible/usable. Also the choice of a cross--room desk (as a room divider) didn't really provide a sense of a separate sitting area from the sleeping area, as it all appeared 'floating' in the space.

Exceptional place that was very good value. Our room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bed was great and we both enjoyed a restful sleep. The bathroom is large and a great shower. Breakfast was also very good with excellent coffee! The staff were all warm and welcoming. We only had an overnight stay during a road trip but would have been very happy there if staying longer.

The only suggestion I have is to add shower gel to the toiletries supplied - the shampoo and conditioner were nice though 🙂

Only thing that happened that I didn’t like was our 2nd day of our stay I had to go back down to the desk and have my key activated again as it wouldn’t work to open the door. I was traveling with my disabled father and he has difficulty getting around so it was more inconvenient to him than most.

Key cards should work for every day that you pay for, one shouldn’t have to go to the desk and have it made to work everyday that you stay.

Hotel looked brand new, everything was clean, room was quiet and had lots of space. Staff were friendly. Fitness room was well equipped and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast could have had healthier options. Luggage trolley pulled hard to the left and was hard to steer. Looked brand new but maybe cheaply made and thus damaged easily.

This property was only 6 months old so it was very sparkling clean. Everything worked well, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and fresh. Close to the freeway and old route 66, so there was some truck and car noise until late into the night. With the windows closed and the AC on it was not so noticeable.

Breakfast was minimal, the receptionist on our arrival was very busy and not very welcoming.

The place is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and nice. They also refreshed towels and other bathroom supplies like nice motels used to do before places started using environment and colds to excuse the lack of attention to detail.

I have no complaints. In fact, I wish I had a reason to return. Yes, it was that nice!
