I liked the people, the bed, and the location.

I was disappointed in: The coffee/ it was either out of order or more water than coffee. I had to go out every morning to get thr coffee and bring it back to have it with my breakfast. I bought my own breakfast and ate it in the room each morning. The tv- the remote didn’t work and was from the 1900’s I think. Soo I couldn’t watch tv. The a/c and heat buttons were impossible to push. It was also from the 1900’s. I was either too hot or too cold and so all I wanted to do was turn it off and I couldn’t get the off button to light up and if it did I kept pushing and pushing but it wouldn’t turn off.

Quick check-in. Very accommodating. Above and beyond customer service. the night manager was awesome and personable, he found us a room at the last min across the hall from my father-in-law. Loved the bed.

Price but the service overall made it perfect. Also, I left a dress in the closet by mistake and no one could locate it. Pretty upset bc housekeeping should have checked for left items. It was an expensive dress but was not in the lost and found. If they cleaned and sanitized properly, my dress would be found. I think it was stolen. I called, but lost and found didn't have it so, I think housekeeping kept the dress.

Beds very comfortable staff was very nice and good location

It is a little rundown needs a little cosmetic care here and there and would have liked upon check in for them to mention that no one was going to go in the room to change towels or do anything on the following day of my stay. We got back in evening and everything was the same no beds made and no clean towels 🤷🏻‍♀️it was ok but that they didn’t refresh the room but mentioning it would have been nice so we could have just requested clean towels for the following day 🙂

A decent place. Older facility, but ok. One staff member (Asian/Indian make) was somewhat cool and just adequate, another (black female) was super pleasant and welcoming. Excellent hotel breakfast in the lobby!

Everything, it's a great location and was enjoyable. Love the fact you have a elevator, since we're older. Prices are great and staff is always friendly.

The breakfast was adequate. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal selections, juices, coffee, fruit.

There was construction on the property, couldn't go through the front door or drive under the carport.Not good on a rainy day.

Location very close to our event. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, decent price. All simple needs met, would definitely stay again.

The night we stayed, someone was evicted. That person was yelling outside the building several times in the middle of the night. The parking lot was full when we got back at night, but able to find a spot after circling once.

Convenience and liked having a fridge and microwave in room

Didn't like the covers on bed , only choice was to either have heavy duvet or no covers at all. Got too hot with it but too cold without it. Would have liked having a pool al so

The room was very clean, over night staff was excellent. Lobby was in excellent condition. Breakfast bar had good options.

There is no swimming pool at this location. Parking lot is small due to location.

We were a bit concerned when we saw construction outside the property but pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel. We spent more than we would have liked but it was convenient to our destination. It was comfortable and clean throughout. Staff was friendly and greeted us each time we entered. The owners were very friendly as well. With the cost we had hoped for a pool (I thought it had one...lol). The continental breakfast offerings were good and the coffee 24/7 was a welcome convenience. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

No pool. A little higher price than expected.
