We were in town for the game, and guests were very friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

One of my friends' room was cleared, and her belongings were removed and sent down to the front desk for no apparent reason. We stayed two nights, and it was unsettling to her to find her stuff gone. The front desk apologized and offered us a free soda. Wow!!! Can you imagine coming back from the game tired and finding out your stuff gone ? The best explanation was, we thought you had just left your belongings and gone. They should have known I had made reservations for 3 rooms two nights, and we had not checked out. I'm glad the room hadn't been given to someone else. What a situation that would have been. I don't know if she would want me to book with HP again.

Great location! Close to Notre Dame, lots of food options around the area, staff was friendly and hard workers.

I don’t have anything about the property I didn’t like. The only downfall was the entire two days we were there, two ladies must have rented the pool area for swimming lessons. What was suppose to be a relaxing time during the day while my kids swam was not relaxing. Constant change of families walking in and out of the pool area every 15 min. Babies, kids and toddlers screaming and crying during the lessons. They had toys all over the place that I constantly had to tell my kids not to touch (even though they were all over the place). I didn’t feel comfortable swimming because I had an audience of parents taking up all the seating. I wish I would have been aware someone would be occupying the pool area all day.

Very nice, large room with a large tv and many many channels to watch. The bed was excellent as was the shower, tub and rest of the bathroom. There were very good restaurants close by(even within walking distance). It was simply an all around great place to stay during our travels so much so that we were wishing we had a reason to stay in the area longer so we could stay an extra night. Thanks to all the staff. Nice safe area!!!

Two waters at the front desk cost $7.00. That seemed like a bit of a rip off.

I had a great experience with Amanda at the front desk! When I arrived, the room to which I had been assigned had an issue with the air conditioner - and I was definitely in need of some relief. When her first visit didn't correct the issue, Amanda quickly reassigned me to a new room, as close to the first as possible, to make sure I got a stay with great air conditioning. Really appreciate how kind, thorough, and quick to action she was!

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room was a great layout for three adults. The included kitchen was incredible. The berry compote was delicious with the vanilla yogurt. Kitchen staff worked hard to keep food coming for the constant flow of guests.

No easy access to plug in chargers on the nightstand. The bar in the lobby is very small.

We particularly liked the room design where one person could sit and read on the couch or work at the desk, while another could easily sleep on the other side of the room partition. We really appreciated the hotel's quiet location, well away from interstate noise. The breakfast area was well provided and had various healthy foods, both the typical eggs and sausage plus yogurts and fruits.

Very nice atmosphere, staff were quick to attend to guests, room was clean and spacious. There were no disturbances despite being so close to so many busy roads. Mini bar in the lobby if that's your style. The rooms were well furnished and we felt at home for the night.

There were a few moths that popped up during our stay, the signs directing to rooms and hotel facilities were a tad small, but it's all nit-picky things like that.

The awesome lady who checked us in, unfortunately I forgot her name. but she has blondeish curly hair. the room was Great! only thing that would make it better is a microwave.

the pool was very dirty. I felt very uncomfortable in the water but I had to since I have kids. you can tell they haven’t cleaned the actual pool or tiles around the pool in forever. and the water was salty gross and not clear.

Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The pool was fun for the kids! The front entrance to the hotel is clean and welcoming, staff was helpful and friendly.

The pool room is so loud and echoey! I wish there was some way to put sound absorbers in there. The carpet throughout the hotel could be deep cleaned or replaced.

The breakfast was good and the customer service was excellent. We were very pleased with the location and the availability of places to eat and shop.

Everything worked out fine due to relatives who knew the area. I would return to the hotel again!
