Loved everything. Loved how Lonestar was right in the same building & got a discount for staying at the hotel. Beds were real comfortable. Fell asleep almost immediately. Loved how the had shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in full bottles for us to use. We had Dove products. It was surprisingly quiet even with the interstate right there beside it

The kids screaming in the pool & the smell of chlorine filled the 1st floor. Also no ice machine on the 2nd floor

We started here during the covered bridge festival. It was an added bonus when we got back to the hotel to be able to check in at Longhorn steak house and go back to our room to wait for our table to be ready.

Our only complaint was the USB plugs in the room did not work but it was a minor inconvenience.

The good sized pool, the breakfast, comfy beds, clean room, extremely nice front desk staff, quiet overall, easy to find off interstate.

Our mini fridge didn’t seem to keep anything cold, and the hot tub, though technically hot, didn’t seem to be fully functioning.

Bathtub/it is a bit narrow making it a littlr slippery on the sides where the tub begins to curve upward, and with a curvature shower curtain it kind of gives you a false safety feeling that you have a solid surface. The whole tub concept needs to be updated to make it safer showering,

Modern, comfortable, well appointed, and excellent breakfast buffet. Overall one of the best chain hotel locations I’ve stayed in for a very long time. Quite impressed with the extent of accommodations for those with physical disabilities, including a pool lift. Rare to see.

Smell of pool chlorine was very strong on entering hotel, but it was better by morning.

Location and facilities were great. Was actually clean and relatively quiet for the number of kids there (soccer tournament).

Lady at check-in held second room key hostage and didn't explain $50 deposit per room. Wasn't a problem covering deposit, but she seemed as though she was trying to hide the fact. Took call in the middle of me checking in as of I wanted to listen to her entire conversation with another guest. I waited patiently for her to finish so that I could get my room keys. The lady checking in next to me was given her room keys without any mention of a deposit. A head's up to prospective travelers, do not be surprised if you are Black and get treated "funny" by front desk staff, especially at check-in. Contrarily, Breakfast staff was patient, pleasant, and accommodating. FANTASTIC!

Breakfast was great ! Pool was great ! Acacia in housekeeping was so helpful and took time to answer all questions. Made our stay so comfortable :)

Absolutely Everything!!

The AC Unit in the first room went out but they quickly sent a repair man and once he seen he couldn’t fix it they moved us to an exact replica of our room!

we prefer to stay at Holiday Inn because of the consistent cleanliness, regardless of location.

constant running up and down the halls, doors slamming, kids screaming in the halls. Seems this particular Holiday Inn is more of a kids party location.

very updated and very convenient and room and comfort was amazing.

need more vending opportunities. pool should open sooner.
