That were friendly and left us check in early cause we were attending a concert.

I understand running out of breakfast but the gal working in the breakfast area obviously had issues helping or answering questions. The pancakes were empty and she looked at me and said it’s working and walked away. It was out and when she came back to the area about 5 minutes later and seen me still waiting for the pancakes she said were coming out she changed the bag. I asked about gravy and she was just snotty. Being out is one thing but her being so rude was terrible.

The beds....I need one in my house. I've never slept better. Great breakfast in the morning, quiet for being near the interstate. Plenty of parking and quite a few restaurants located nearby.

Unfortunately we were there when a baseball team was. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but the boys in there were using it as areas to throw a football to each other. Not the hotels fault at all though.

Very kind staff. The woman at the front desk is a gem. I had a great food recommendation from her!

The breakfast was not terrific but I didn’t expect it to be! Hotel breakfasts are almost always cold eggs.

We stay when we come to Ia State Fair. Easy to travel back/forth to fairgrounds. Good breakfast to start the day. Grandkids like the pool. Other attractions close by.

I was so happy about how big the room was!! It was very accommodating for everyone that was with me!! Thank you for a comfy bed and great breakfast!! I’m happy to see the breakfast was not the same each morning, it was nice to have a different variety when I came down both mornings!! Very delicious and filling!! The variety of drinks for morning was wonderful as well!! Thank you again for the lovely stay!! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

the rooms were good design. I liked the privacy curtains or be completely open. the bathroom mirror was so gentle on my eyes and enabled me to see well! the decor was contemporary and concise breakfast was great too! and coffee!

The rooms were Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room were clean. Good variety of food for breakfast. The coffee was good. Snacks, soda, and microwave meals were available for purchase at the front desk. There are two convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel.

The hot tub didn't work and the pool was cold.

Quiet, convenient to I-80, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the opportunity to use the pool and and hot tub after a long day in the car. The employees were kind and capable. The room was clean.

We didn't have any problems at all.

It was great! The night before we stayed in a filthy place with pool and hot tub closed for over a year and that really made me mad since it didn’t show that online

Great staff, clean rooms, love the bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and we were on the 3rd floor. Chlorine was strong as well for the pool. That was the first thing I smelled when we walked into the hotel.
