Great location for us to get to a wedding and reception. Clean room, friendly staff.

Did not have a “complimentary “ breakfast but had to pay $9 pp and not anything special than the hotel food at other actual complimentary hotels. Location around the close area have no breakfast restaurants. Mattresses were ok but the pillows were pretty warm out with no support, but other than that it was a nice hotel

WIthout a doubt the restaurant area. Specifically, the food was good, lots of options on the menu great prices for a hotel and the waitress/server was excellent. She has been there a while ; my wife and I stopped and stayed at theis location about a year ago - same lady running the restaurant area and prepping the food I think and the SAME great service with a smile and attention.

A little trouble getting Wi-Fi to connect. But the Front Desk was helpful.

Breakfast was good but too expensive. Most Hotels provide free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when I checked in I was given a room with one king bed. I could have called the hotel and gotten the room I wanted for $30 less per night. I will never use Booking.com again.

We liked everything about The Hilton, especially the insight restaurant. The food choices were very nice and the food was excellent. All the staff was very polite and helpful.

They were no negatives to our stay at the Hilton.

Everything was perfect except breakfast. For the high price of the room we weren’t offered free breakfast. That was a huge disappointment when we could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and got free breakfast..

The property was very clean. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a very good stay at your hotel for two nights.

The staff was pleasant.

Our room was a few stories above the bar. People were in the parking lot playing corn hole, yelling, and playing music till almost midnight. Made it very difficult to get to sleep.

We got a Junior suite so that we could have our son in law and daughter over to visit and eat in our room. They have cats and I am allergic. The sitting area provided ample sitting places and was comfortable for visiting. We were able to lay our things out in the bedroom and not have everything in front of everyone. We didn’t use any of the amenities on this trip but front desk help, digital key and all of the business of checking in and out was super easy. The ONLY minor complaint was that there was quite a bit of highway noise and a noisy room near us.

The whirlpool was absolutely gross! The water was green and cloudy. It needs to be drained, refilled and shocked, and then maintained properly. I am in the spa business, and was horrified. I would not put my big toe in that water. I would recommend calling QCA Spas and getting on a routine maintenance schedule if they do that sort of thing.
