The receptionist on 6/19/2023 was EXCELLENT!!!! She and my daughter hit it off right away!! Breakfast was very good! All the staff get kudos from us!!

The beds were a little on the high side. Extra blankets in the dresser drawers would have been nice. We didn’t have enough washcloths. Maybe some body wash in shower. The shampoo and conditioner needs to be easier to dispense. Coffee needs to be stronger, please!!!!

The breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast but glad there was one. The beds were SUPER comfy. The lovely lady at the front desk even gave us a list of food places that are in the area as well as deliver to the hotel.

Only complaint I have is how slippery the shower gets. I felt like I was going to fall a few times while showering. My Uncle who was traveling with me experienced the same thing.

Great Hot Breakfast with lots of options. The remodeling that has been done since we were here last looks great. It was good looking in the past . We were traveling with our Collie and to have such a nice place pet friendly is a bonus. We go out of our way to stay here on our trip’s back to northern Minnesota.

Breakfast was good. Thank you for having no-gluten options (eggs, meat) and variety of juices. The room was clean and bed was comfy. We stayed for a number of days and it was nice that the housecleaning came in mid-way through and gave us fresh towels and made our bed ! ;)... We did not use the pool nor any other facilities.

occasionally, the front desk gal was 'unconnected', but would still answer questions. Maybe just having a bad evening.

The breakfast was so so, not hot. we had to warm all the hot food up in the microwave. unfortunately, some of the staff we encountered were unfriendly. when I called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi password I was told it was on our keycard. (that wasn’t relayed to me upon check in, so I didn’t realize it) I was charged a 25.00 fee on my card that I was t told about either. I’m waiting for it to go off my card.

I loved the beds! Very comfortable! They also had a party going on downstairs that was well controlled but looked like a lot of fun for the teens and kids. That was great!

When I first got there to check in the staff was very grumpy! I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I left her alone and tried to be nice. Other than that the overall experience was wonderful!

The location was near everything we needed for our weekend trip. The beds were comfortable, room was clean except for a few minor details. No loud noises from any of the guests.

The room smelt odd when we walked in but once we turned the air down and sprayed some perfume it was fine. The desk table still had small spots of food stuck to it from the prior guest.

Loved the breakfast, a lot to choose from. We went swimming and that was lots of fun but the second day we went swimming the water was on the cooler side. The staff at breakfast they were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

The pool could of been warmer. Other than that I would stay there again. This was a get away for my daughter and two grandkids and myself. just needed a break from work and the holiday stress.

The hotel was clean and it was nice for a quick stopover. I was on the road for 14 hours and this worked great as a stopover. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful, even when I needed to change rooms. The breakfast was good with a good variety as well.

Nothing specific involving the hotel. It didn't seem like there were any options to grab a bite to eat for dinner anywhere nearby. You are kind of stuck with one fast food restaurant.

We had asked for a quiet room and got it. The last time we stayed we slept so well! This time though..

The mattress was covered in a heave plastic cover and that was "noisy" and hot. I woke up because that makes an uncomfortable sweaty backside
