The breakfast options were a good variety and well laid out. Although the building is older, the staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive to my inquiries. My room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is close to the hwy so it is noisy, but this also makes it very convenient for travellers. This is a very good option for a very affordable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Some device within the room that can create whitenoise so the traffic noise is less noticeable. This is just a suggestion. The location still outweighs the noise issue for me.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed all the pillows and the ability to set my room temperature.

I almost slipped and fell in the tub. It needs something to make it less slippery. The TV was a nice size but I couldn’t change the channels. There were no directions and I tried everything I knew. Noisy with the highway traffic. No diet drinks in the vending machines.

Good parking. Got a first floor room! (My wife is handicapped.) Comfortable room and beds. Delicious breakfast!

Bathroom was kind of dirty in the corners of the floor. Bathtub didn’t drain. Sink faucet had no aerator so the water spurted all over…

it was right off the interstate so it made it very easy to find.

The road into the parking lot was very weird and you could hear the traffic on the interstate but it wasn’t too bad. we just turned the fan on on the a/c unit and it blocked out the traffic noise

Man at front desk was excellent and so was breakfast if you got there at 6:00 am if not had to fight the crowd making messes everywhere…

The staff greeted us every time they saw us. They were on top of keeping the dining area clean. They even asked us how our day was...we enjoyed the staff.

Our toilet handle was broken. No big deal. Still functioned.

The breakfast was incredible, much more than I expected. Really good. Pet fee I thought was high at $20 per pet, most places charge less and room was a little more then I really wanted to pay, but it was nice and clean.

I guess the room price, pet price. Maybe have a pet station with bags ect.

Location was hard to get to and was very noisy outside. Quiet inside. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Desk person was nice.

Signage. There are 2 big signs outside-- Quality Inn and Motel 6. It wasn't clear which building was the Quality Inn. Access. It is a winding, unclear route to get there from the highway.

The moment I opened the door, it smelt so fresh and clean. It was very cleaned and polished. I was greeted by the Gentleman he was so very helpful.

Honestly nothing.if i had to stretch and come up with something, I had to go up 1 floor for ice. That's it, the best place ever!!

It was well kept up the staff was wonderful I had a problem with my TV they came right up and fixed it.
