The bed and my room were very clean. I appreciate that.
We would all like more for our money. For what I paid, it was a good value. There was no meat in the breakfast, but, hey! For what I was paying to stay there, I did not expect bacon or sausage.

Girls at front desk were nice and helpful.
The pool area indoor was not open Water and granola plus apple for continental breakfast Key card locks don’t work. Six trips from 5 th floor to front desk just to get room key to work. We booked a suite and they are all being worked on. So the gave us a king room that was the 5 trips to unlock but never could get in to that Finally after 20 minutes they gave us a different room. 2 double beds. Refund on room for difference went on parents room not ours. Elevator takes sooooooooooooooooooooo long Eont stay here again! Loud screaming cars all night driving and racing on Illinois bridge

Updated feel of the hotel was nice there were a few areas that needed work but over all very nice
The floors in the rooms are not carpeted and they need to work on cleaning/mopping those floors and the bathroom floors better. Also the elevator rug needs replaced and the elevator floors need a good sweeping and mopping

Location was convient.
The room was absolutely dirty. The toilet was leaking, the floor was wet when we walked into the bathroom, the tv had no sound. The elevator was slow and took forever.

well I thought I would get the room with a tub but it was not a place I’d stay aging one of the outlets was falling out of the wall
it seems like constriction had been going on for a while the room was scary I couldn’t look out the windows there was like a calcum deposit

Comfortable room. Building and parking looked secure.
Driving Boston to San Diego so needed sleep. The fire alarm went off and we were evacuated to the parking lot. Back in, went to bed. Another alarm and another alarm. Ridiculous.
