great room, comfy bed, good selection at breakfast.

tried to change date to another day due to circumstances, but unable to due the fact that the rate was going from under 100.00 to 250.00 for same room just a different day. apparently it was their busy season, so they increased rates 150.00 from what we paid. wasnt very happy about that. so the date we needed to change it too, we booked another hotel for a rate of under 100.00 and stayed in the current room when it wasnt needed. didn't want to lose money by not utiilizing the room. so we was in the room less than 7 hrs. bummer for us, ya for hotel...

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, etc. Much better than the other hotels I stayed at. The hotel was affordable and well kept, and a quick 2 minute drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

There was a small fitness area with a treadmill and elliptical. But, other than that everything was great.

Excellent value, especially on the weekend. Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Free breakfast was not elaborate but was more than enough variety to start the day.

The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It was a nice quiet place to stay. They had a breakfast included with the stay.

Very clean and modern facility. The room was spacious and quiet. Good water pressure, nice comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in room. View from window to the back was nice.

There were 2 TV's in the room, but both were very small. If the livingroom portion of the suite had a big TV it would be much more desirable to watch a movie. The breakfast wasn't great. There were some hard boiled eggs, but no salt available and not a lot of selection.

We enjoyed the personal greeting we received upon arrival. We also had a new couch in our room, which was 2 hours old. However, the room was booked for our family of 6, and the new couch was NOT big enough for 1 person, and we needed room for 2. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. And we did not have loud neighbors. Breakfast was okay.

We did not have sleeping for 6 people which we needed. We had to use our blow-up mattresses that we used for our camping. Breakfast was okay but we would have enjoyed more fresh fruit or fresh options.

Comfortable beds. Ok location. Very friendly staff.

On traffic side which was noisy, especially someone trying to fix carburetor outside our room,

The breakfast was good and met our expectations. Okoboji Inn and Suites was just as the customers that rated it on your web site. We would book it again if we were in the area.

What we did not like is not in the controll of the Okoboki Inn & Suites. This is an Iowa Highway Department or Milford city/county issue. There is no Turn Lane on the Highway in front of your Inn & Suites. It is a very busy road with a high speed limit and high volume of traffic. It was scary waiting for traffic to pass from the opposite direction while we were at a dead stop on the inside traffic lane of cars going our direction. Again, I know this is an issue that the city or county would have to address and is separate from the great time we had at you Inn & Suites!!

It was the standard motel breakfast. So reliable and some choices. It met our needs.

There was no cream cheese for the bagels.

Hotel was clean, good location, staff was pleasant.

Breakfast was very basic, keurig in my room didn't work.
