I thought the breakfast was much better than these breakfasts usually are. There were hard-boiled eggs, and you could heat up eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, It was very nice. Also, we had a problem with the payment, as we arrived late, and, as expected, they charged my card I reserved with online. But when we checked out, my husband paid for it with his card, and that never got switched. Over the phone, a couple days after our visit was over, the staff refunded our initial payment and switched to the new card. Great service!

I was hoping the price would be a little lower, but service and breakfast were so good I am okay with it.

We were assigned to room 130, which was on the first floor with good access to the side door to walk our little dog.The room had nice laminate flooring, beautifully clean with updated fixtures. The room had a very comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows and nice linens. There was a microwave, refrigerator, desk and office chair and an easy chair with ottoman. The bathroom fixtures were pretty standard but the towels were nice and thick. The internet was fast and worked very well. We had a nice quiet night. Breakfast was great too, with lots of options.

The staff was friendly and the place was so clean. Bed very comfortable and rooms are spacious.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. I got down there by 7:00 am and there was a few bags of bacon/sausage and makings for waffles. No eggs and the set up is not all that pleasant actually. You have cooked materials in a baggie to warm up, a waffle maker, microwave and toaster all spread out in different areas. This was not organized very well and sorry but the quality of food was not the best either. But the place is nice and clean, just need to revamp the breakfast.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We walked 3 miles in the neighborhood in the morning and felt safe doing so. Breakfast was interesting. Everything was premade. It just needed to be popped into the microwave and heated. Overall it was pretty good and quite innovative.

The whole place smelled like bleach. I know some like the smell since it smells like “clean” to them but I find the smell quite difficult to deal with.

This property is very neat and well maintained and conveniently located near both downtown Sioux City and Sioux City airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offerings are better than many other budget hotels we have stayed at. In addition to the usual selection of cold cereals, breads, make your own waffles, and assorted oatmeal packs, it also offered individual bacon and sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. The property also has password protected WiFi.

Bring earplugs as the property is about half a block away from an active railroad line and the room A/c unit was a bit on the louder side.

This well kept budget property is clean and pleasant. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The A/C unit was quieter than most we have encountered. The room furniture was comfortable and in good repair; the refrigerator and microwave worked well. The room had laminated flooring instead of carpet and this contributed to the overall neat feeling of our room. The breakfast bar included bacon, sausage and hard boiled eggs in addition to the standard assortment of quick oatmeal packets and several sugared cold cereals and breads for toasting.

Would love to see a few unsweetened yogurts available in addition to the sweetened ones.

Good location and room was very clean!

Booked a room in mid October for one night and I got a good rate. I booked again and was charged $21.00 more. Looked at prices on day of stay and price for the night I stayed was the price i paid first booking. I thought booking would match lowest prices but they didn’t. Not happy about that.

Room was very comfortable. Check-in desk clerk was friendly. The check-out desk clerk and very friendly and a great conversationalist. The motel seemed well maintained, everything worked and the room was quiet and had everything I needed.

Breakfast was not overwhelming. Had enough to eat but the selection was limited.

I had accompanied my granddaughter back to Sioux City, IA for college. I like the area and location of the host hotel/motel. I plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

The snow!!!! I am from Arizona (southeastern) and I never have seen so much snow in my whole life, and the temperatures that came with the snow. Just happy to say I live in Arizona.

Breakfast was standard motel breakfast -- OK. Room was very large. One comfortable chair. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Bathroom arrangement was a little odd, with sink outside the toilet and tub room, which was O.K. but it was in another corner of the room instead of just outside. We were able to walk to a good restaurant a couple of blocks away and an ice cream shop across the street, although it wasn't a particularly walkable area. I appreciated the electrical outlets near the bed.

The lighting was not good for reading. But I guess nobody reads in hotels these days. There was one comfy chair with no lamp nearby, but there was another floor lamp in a corner by itself. We could have moved it, of course. The location was near a freeway intersection, so kind of nondescript strip mall territory. Not specific to this hotel, but why is there always only one luggage stand in a room designed for two or more people? And why are good reading lights so hard to come by?
