The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was very friendly. We will stay there again if we are ever in Coffeeville.

The guy that was on duty when we checked in was a real jerk. He wouldn't take his earbuds out of his ears to communicate with us. We couldn't find a cart to take in luggage, and he wouldn't help. We were there for a funeral, and he was supposed to put us in rooms close to other family members, and he wouldn't do it. We were told later thete were rooms available, he just didn't want to bother. We talked to the manager the next morning, and he was very apologetic. We saw the guy that had checked us in the next morning, vacuuming floors "without his ear buds". Guess him and the manager had a come to Jesus meeting. The rest of the staff was very nice. Would stay there again.

There was a tornado warning around 1:00 and I was concerned for the safety of my granddaughters who were visiting us. The desk clerk on duty calmly made sure that everyone who desired was ushered to the safest part of the hotel through the duration of the warning. He was very professional and kind.

Eggs and potatoes could have been much warmer for breakfast. The attendant on duty, however, was very kind and efficient. Also the pool room seemed much too warm.

The front desk staff were amazing. They made sure we had all the extras that we requested upon arrival.. Bed was comfortable price was right. Location was close to my son's college.

The room needs updating. there was somebody else's hair on the clean bedding. I'm still puzzled about that.

Great room, staff was all super friendly, breakfast was good, WiFi was fast, pool was great! Super close to downtown /Death Alley.

AC filters &condenser coils needed cleaning to allow more efficient operation of AC. Hot tub not working.

We got a king suite with a sofa bed and thought it had a pull out bed in it but didn't for our two kids. They let us switch rooms to two queen double beds and it was the dame price. The staff was really nice about it.

Great breakfast. Was a nice change to have fresh cooked eggs instead of the powdered version that most hotels tend to do. Also the fried potatoes were excellent. Seasoned really good.

We gave a Dinner and Dance!!People very polite and enjoyed family that drove many miles to the Gathering thank you so much😘🌹❤️

Sad to see the quantity and quality of the morning buffet options so diminished. Hoped that since the re-opening after COVID-19 that the Buffet would be back to previous quality. Or is it because of the name change? The cleaning staff just walked in to the room without knocking. My daughter was not dressed! Yet the staff member just stood n stared and wanted to know if if she could leave towels. They had knocked earlier and were told that we weren’t ready to have the room cleaned yet, It was prior to 8:00 am. They should have better training and manners. I will probably be rethinking my Hotel options for my next visit to Coffeyville Kansas.

Saturday night we had some loud neighbors we could hear them till 3:00 am.

Austin was extremely helpful and friendly.

Quite a bit of outside noises, car alarms going off and trains.
