Breakfast was a good one, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, juices, coffee, cereal, that's just what we had. The king room we got was extra roomy. The hotel is about 5 minutes from our reason for our trip and Ihop right in front.

Said there was a pool/spa and was super excited about that, but the hot tub was removed.. no towels in the pool room, but a nice pool. So maybe just tell people that info when they check in. Also, house keepers maybe not blare music while going room to room cleaning some quests like to sleep in on vacation hince reason for do not disturb sign.

The pool was down, I had 2 children bored out of their minds, we were in town for my father's funeral and 3 nights 4 days , nothing for the kids to do. When I booked I read pool, so was excited to break up the days with the kids swimming

Very clean. Liked the decor. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and hot.

Location somewhat hard to get into and out of -- was situated on a steep hill at a heavy traffic intersection. Price was pretty high for middle of the week. No discount given for Triple A membership, as most hotels do. Bathtub did not have a drain plug so could not take a bath.

Lobby was welcoming and clean that included coffee machine accessible 24/7. We were allowed early check in, and our room was wonderful! Clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. The room heater kept us plenty warm! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. There’s even an IHOP connected to the parking lot so we could walk to get a meal!

What could. Be better is booking,come service. I emailed you to tell you I never received confirmation, I tried to get a confirmation code for over an hr, and repeatedly tried to contact you. Nothing worked , until finally I emailed to ask you to cancel the reservation and not charge me. What's going on- I have not heard back yet. Elaine reardon

Updated, clean, staff friendly & breakfast delicious. The lady handling breakfast was friendly & efficient. Got some good information from the local staff about their town. Finally I’m a stickler for a good shower and the water pressure was phenomenal.

The hotel was very clean and near downtown. The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure and hot water the whole time. Also, I left before the free breakfast but there were grab bag breakfasts available which I thought was awesome.

The traffic noise was super loud. And though the property is pet friendly, it did not have a safe area for my dog. Luckily there was an off-leash dog park nearby.

This was first of 2 stays in a week, both times very lovely. They were setting up for Christmas on our arrival, and the gentleman at desk was very friendly and engaging. Gave us some some dinner ideas, which ended up being spot on.

Though they have no control over the weather, the wind was ridiculous. We live in a mountain pass and have wind all the time, but not to this degree. I believe they were at a level 1 tornado warning, which is something I've never experienced in SoCal. I guess it could be compared to the worst day on our Santa Ana winds we get lol

Well managed and very clean.

This is not a complaint, but my room had an exterior door and I noticed a draft through the transom. If it was the heart of the winter that would be pretty cold. Transom should be checked out.

Loved the bar/jail in the lobby. Friendly counter and bar service. Decor was nice.

That "mountain" entrance/exit. We almost got hit leaving the portico after checking in when another car came zooming up into the parking lot. Dangerous!
