Rooms are very long so have extra floor space. Everything was up to date and clean. The kitchen area looked roomy and sufficient for multiple guests. The A/C worked great. Bathroom was clean and updated.

Water pressure was adequate. Tub is a bath-fitter (over an old tub) and it squeaked there was not a handle or shelf to grab onto. Breakfast ended at 9 sharp. I came down at 8:58am so ended up eating lunch elsewhere.

I arrived after driving for 12 hours. I had issues with my debit card due to not notifying my Credit Union back home of my travel plans and the night staff just walked me through a resolution and smiled the whole time. He could see I was stressed and exhausted and handled the entire process very professionally. The hotel was clean, we had everything we needed in our room, and the free continental breakfast we good. The dining area was clean and the staff made sure to keep everything stocked. There were plenty of breakfast options to choose from whatever your dietary needs and preferences are.

The room and the hotel were clean. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was fresh. The staff was helpful. This was overall a good experience.

When we checked in there was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes. It took a few days to get that sorted out. The exercise room TV didn't work. We never received the $50 gift card for staying more than 2 nights.

the TV was stuck in sport mode and could not get undone. Tried to do over phone with staff which did not work. He offered to come to room, husband was sleeping. Tile in bathroom floor was broke and stubbed toe on it - this tile can cause a serious cut. I advised front desk to tell maintenance to have repaired.

it looked newly remodeled, carpet in hallways was clean & a nice design. room carpet also seemed very clean or new, comfortable side chair & bed. large refrigerator for a hotel.

nothing! hotel breakfast are always predictable, this hotel had mediocre coffee, no good creamers choices, no juice choice other than apple, no peanut butter for toast.

Staff was great. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and linens were excellent quality. Breakfast was good.

No parking as a trailer was taking 14 spots up. The night staff contacted the patron to move his rig, thus opening up more parking. The process took close to 1 hour until we could settle into our room.

The hotel was very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so much so that we asked the front desk if we could purchase pillows. Unfortunately, we couldn't but they gave us the name of their supplier. The staff was friendly and accomodating as we requested a late check out.

Nothing in my opinion.

I requested a ground floor room to help facilitate taking our dog outside. This was provided and an end room near the door was an added bonus. Very clean room and extremely quiet with parking directly outside our window for added security. Excellent grounds to walk our dog in a well lit area.

Location, bed and was comfortable

For a handicapped room I was surprised to find there was a step in tub. Not the best option for those with mobility issues. Also the rm was in 3rd floor. In case of fire use the stairs. Not conducive if you have mobility issues.

We enjoyed all of the the breakfast except the eggs. The bathroom in our room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that the curtains made the room very dark.

We tried to swim but the water in the pool was way too cold for my 2 year old.
