Clean and kept clean every day by excellent staff and management. And yes I did actually see management cleaning when there was a staff shortage instead of putting up signs saying sorry they rolled up their sleeves and got it done. So impressed. Everything was in like new in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast every day. Unbelievable value. We were traveling for 22 days and the only other hotel this nice was twice the money. Because we stayed for a week it would have been convenient if it was nearer downtown, but very small issue.

Very clean, comfortable room. Staff went way beyond the mark to help us. We had car trouble and were trying to arrange a tow to an out of town dealership. The staff were more than fair, allowing us to stay in our room past check-out time twice, until our tow arrived. Incredible people and hospitality!!

The fact that there were no safety bars in the bathroom. The commodes should be updated to chair height. But I did not specify an ADA reservation.

Quiet, clean, friendly

Not that I hated it but they were short on housekeepers so we were asked to hang a sign if we really needed our bed sheets changed. If no sign was hung they would only take trash and replace towels. So I never had them changed all four nights because I felt guilty to put that on them.

Rooms and clean and comfortable for value. Some of the rooms have tile floors which I love as carpet can be so dirty

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. We always appreciate when a motel will accommodate pets and they gave us a room right by the back door for easy in and out. Located on the east end of town, easy to find, near restaurants.

Staff was welcoming, room was lovely and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits in addition to the normal sweet rolls, fruit, etc.

mattresses were not comfortable and the mattress cover wrinkled and made noises every time you moved. Noise level was a little more that what I would of liked
