The rooms are HUGE. I stayed in a standard two queen room and it would have easily fit four adults, all their luggage, multiple mobility devices, and a crib, with room to spare. The room was spotless, came with a fridge and microwave, plenty of towels, the linens were immaculate, free toiletries, games (pool and darts) for a very reasonable fee (I think an hour of darts was $3 and pool was like 50 cents a game), comfortable beds, interior hallways, spacious, clean grounds, chair, desk, large dresser, and closet. Tons of parking (but I don't think they have an RV space :( ) Deep tub, great water pressure, long lasting hot water, drain plug worked, toilet did not run and flushed well. I had an end, first floor room right next to the exterior door and the smoking area, and I never heard anyone coming or going (which they were, I saw them when I took my dog out several times) nor did I smell any smoke. The hotel was close to fully reserved with several dogs in residence and I never heard a peep all night. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the room key and the gentleman jumped up, walked me to my room immediately while holding doors for me the whole way, and resolved the issue, always with a smile. Very convenient location on the edge of town, a very short drive to gas and shopping. I'd estimate the room was renovated around 2010-2015 but it has been VERY well maintained. Put it this way: this place blows moderate hotels at WDW, or a standard strip hotel room in Vegas, out of the water. AT $40 A NIGHT! IN BACKWATER KANSAS! This is my new relaxing, budget vacation spot for sure.

I have to be VERY picky to say anything negative. It could use some more outlets for chargers. The TV is a little small (about a 34"). Um . . . there was a stain on one of the hallway ceiling tiles . . . and some loose threads on the shower curtain . . . seriously, this place is awesome, there is truly nothing bad about it.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. I was hesitant to book because it was SO inexpensive, but I'm so glad I did. The room was clean- CLEAN clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was packed, but you'd have never known it from my room because it was quiet. The high speed internet was *chef's kiss*. I cannot say enough great things. The bed was comfortable. For those tall people who might stay, I didn't have to bend over backwards to rinse my hair in the shower, and the water pressure was good too.

I can't think of a single thing.

Previous reviewers have said it all - this place is extraordinary, you should go out of your way to book it. Large room, clean, super comfortable bed; furniture/decor beyond the typical hotel room at this price point; good hot water and pressure; reliable wifi; friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking near room. Right off the highway but room quiet for good sleeping. Stayed extra days because, for the price and the comfort, why not?

Nothing. It's all there.

No breakfast, although coffee was available in the lobby. The room was large, a/c worked well. This was obviously a fairly plus chain hotel with conference facilities before 7 Boutique took it over. Bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. There was a fee to use the swimming pool, which may have been closed when we were there, but that wasn't a problem for us. It makes sense to charge people only for what they will use. Wifi was good.

No real complaints, although some maintenance was needed -- tiles coming apart under the counter in the bathroom, slightly peeling wallpaper. It kind of felt like a forgotten place -- not unpleasant. We were only there for one night, but it was probably about the least expensive place we stayed on an entire trip from the southwest to the upper midwest.

room and hotel were very nice, especially the courtyard and game room. GREAT price. staff was very friendly and accommodating; they gave us the last first floor room. location was excellent, right off the highway. they had a water fountain and snacks for sale at good prices. there were moving carts for luggage.

there were 2 pillows per bed and they were quite flat. the ice maker didn’t work but the front desk worker gave me some when I asked. there was no channel guide for the TV. breakfast and a pool would have been nice too, but overall I’m impressed with how much this place had, especially considering the amazing price.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The rooms have a really nice layout. Lots of table space at the desk for doing computer work or putting on makeup. The wifi was fast enough that I could stream live from my hotel room, which is an absolute win. The management of this hotel needs to write a book on how to run a hotel, because they are doing it right.

Once again, not a single thing.

I was leary because the price was so economical. However after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It was an exceptional, clean place to stay! The beds were very comfortable. It's family owned which I support instead of the big chain hotels we usually stay at. To keep the cost down, they didn't have phones in the rooms (but who doesnt have a cell now days?) or breakfast. But we would certainly recommend Boutique 7 to anyone passing through and needing an overnight stay. Well done to the owners of Boutique 7, Pratt, Kansas! (BTW...we even had a microwave and fridge)

good value, clean and simple. easy to get to the room and the staff is wonderful. I was here in May and lost a earring and {I remember her name and she saved it because I said I would be back in a few months. I couldn’t believe it. now that’s customer service. you don’t get that in other motels. I will be coming to Pratt two to three times year and I will be staying at this motel. I was in in May and I suggested it to a friend and she said she really like staying the two nites there.

Older hotel that is still nice. Rooms have a small frig and microwave. Fairly quiet. Great price. They do take pets, although I didn't have one.

Toilet was loose (but not leaking), and one light didn't work.
