The facility was very easy to locate and was well kept and clean . The room was plenty large enough and was well furnished , the bed was comfortable .

Parking was a premium , the lot filled quickly . I walked to get dinner as I was concerned to not have a place to park if I had driven . There were several cars double parked in the morning when I left due to the lack of spaces . It did not help that two large motor homes were parked across multiple places but obviously management did not see fit to address it as they stayed that way all night .

It was very nice and clean. Staff was super nice when we checked in. It was fun to see the pool table Breakfast was not bad and was appreciated.

The bathroom doors were loud when they slammed shut and would not stay open. The room next to ours had the same door issue and woke me up in the middle of the night because they are so dang loud when shut. You might want to fix that. The maid was yelling down the hall at 8am which I thought was extremely unprofessional, people were still sleeping “my husband”. the check in staff were amazing

The location just off 70 is great and easy to find if you're on a long cross-country drive. There's also a Burger King next door for the tired traveler to get a quick dinner. The room was comfortable and quiet; the sounds of traffic were muted and didn't disturb me in the night. I had a little trouble with the door key card when I checked in, and the woman at the desk was helpful in re-coding it so I could get in. And thank you for the cookie at the check in desk!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and undergoing refurbishment. If I'd stayed longer, I would have taken up the offer to go over to swim at the other hotel run by the same company.

Staff was extremely competent and pleasant.. Very nice selection for breakfast. We liked having an elevator. Bed was super comfortable and pillows were very nice.

Floors were stained and dirty. Curtain valance hanging down on 1 side. Large dirty strip down wall by entry door.. Carpet strip was loose, shredded and peeling away from the wall on back side of bathroom wall. Door to bathroom has many nicks and scrapes and paint peeling off. Just seemed like there is no maintenance of the property. The floor down from the main desk had sticky drink spilled, was tracked on floor and stayed there entire time we were there. I'd stay again but would be nice to see more care of the facility.

Laken at checkin was great. Extra care for us recovering from surgery. Room upgrade from Booking was perfect. Breakfast very good.

Ho tub down but not expected anyway. Inn could use sprucing up but exceeded rating. Staff noted a sink issue that was minor (aerator not threaded in properly) for future correction.

Breakfast was great, there were plenty of options for everyone. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk both in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out we great. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool area!

Room was a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was not super clean.

The room was clean and good size,the price was good as well.

The rooms are not sound proof at all,the doors to the rooms would slam everything someone went in or out of their room,the room we got could be an adjoining room with another party and we could hear the other people talking it sounded like they were standing in our room talking and you could hear everything going on in the hallway as well,and someone's dog barking all before 6:30am

Brkfst: Good coffee! Good juice selection. Room: Clean & comfortable, clean bathroom, everything worked! Hot tub/pool - excellent.

Brkfst: Srambled eggs were cold, no sausage even tho told there would be. Waffle maker doesn't cook thouroughly. Charges: The $3 'service fee' ????? Not cool!

The front desk worker by the name of Misty was a very great help to me throughout the 5 days of being there. She always had a bright smile and was full of joy. The rooms were clean, however, the carpet absolutely needs replacing and those rooms.

We checked in on a Friday and by Sunday our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I asked about it on Sunday and I was explained by a different person besides Misty, that told me it gets cleaned every 3 days and we would not be due until that Monday. And my estimation Monday would have been the 4th day of us being there. That did not encourage me whatsoever. I literally really needed the room cleaned on that Sunday.

The room was large and clean, with very comfortably firm mattress. Location was quiet, despite being close to a busy road. Staff were friendly. It was remarkably easy to get to and from the Washburn U campus from the hotel..

My only disappointment was the overcooked scrambled eggs on the first and third mornings.
