Everything other than the laundry experience was great. This was my second stay and I plan on a few more stays over the coming 2 months. Maybe I'll save myself the frustration & take laundry elsewhere 🤷‍♀️ I do love this location and the other amenities offered

Laundry facility was a huge disappointment & a great inconvenience! At first I was pleased this hotel had a Laundry facility. At 8pm I loaded both washing machines added my soap slid my debit card in, and nothing happened. Front desk only had $4 in quarters. It is pretty close to impossible to get change anywhere else at 8pm. After 40 minutes of driving to 3 gas stations in the storm, I had just enough quarters. Then put the clothes in the dryer, after 35 minutes of drying on high heat..my clothes were still wet..long story I know, it might seem like a petty complaint but oh so frustrating at the time! And to add to it, the young man at the desk was less than sympathetic.

Brand new property. Room well laid-out, angled door to bathroom and small closet arranged to allow plenty of room for fridge/microwave unit while obscuring view of those from room. Nice table space and desk chair. Attractive room finish with one dark accent wall and better than average artwork. Great towels, great shower. Good breakfast and nice public space in lobby, good for sitting up reading or working.

It was a bit out of town, but they are building lots of stuff around it so there are many interesting shops and restaurants.

Really liked the location, close to the toll road yet in a nice retail and newer residential location. It was clean and beds were pretty comfy. It was a good value and we were pleased with our stay.

Check in person seemed a little over worked! He was very efficient and pleasant at check in but later also had to be the fix-it guy for a couple of issues on our floor. Our tv remote didn't work so he discovered it was the sensor, which made it an easy and quick fix. Also, we should have regulated our heat better before we shut the lights out to sleep. We were cold during the night til my husband got up close to morning to adjust the temp by holding the button for a bit. An extra couple of blankets in the room would have been nice. The top sheet and another cover on that, of the same sheet weight, was not enough for us and we are from Minnesota! These are a couple of things for mgmt to think about addressing. I would still recommend staying here!

The facility was very good and clean and comfortable.

The staff that we encountered were helpful but no one smiled or engaged us in conversation until we pursued please tries with the gal in charge of the breakfast room. A smiling face to greet guests at the desk and in encounters in other areas of the hotel would be really nice after a long day of travel. But, to be fair, maybe they had had a long day of work and needed a smiling face coming in the front door too.

Great location and easy access from highways. Good parking. Breakfast was better than most plus a good selection. Our room was nice but the couch was not too comfortable. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean but shower had rust marks around edges.

Just what we expected. The breakfast was great but the seating consisted of some regular dining chairs and then several deep cushion chairs- hard to get out of them because the cushions sunk so low- needs updating.

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Whole hotel was clean and attractive. Plenty of space for handicap accessible room. Plenty of supplies. Easy pet policy. Bed super comfortable. Whole building super clean. Plus towels and pillows plush and soft. Under bed was clean. Nice channel line up on TV. Great breakfast.

Not a real place to walk dog for poopoos. Refrigerator was unplugged and whole burrough dresser was too heavy to move to plug fridge in. The remote control was broken and batteries kept falling out. Dirty handprints all over our window.

LaQuinta's pet policy is wonderful! We appreciate being able to travel with our 2 small dogs. This facility has a welcoming reception area where guests can enjoy breakfast or just sit and visit. Our room was comfortable and complete with a microwave & mini refrigerator. The hotel provided luggage carts so getting our personal items to the room was easy. They also had a fitness room and pool but we didn't have time to use these. The hotel is located near a shopping center with lots of food choices.

It was a little tricky getting to the hotel property. Because it is located near a shopping center, the access road was difficult to navigate when we arrived after dark.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Free breakfast buffet. Price was great and hotel is in a great location. Near many stores, restaurants and fun activities. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked clean and people were having fun in there.

The lady putting out the food Monday morning was very rude to people including us. Biscuits were out and my son-in-law let her know and she answered back I know I am getting them out now. The people before us left the lids open and she looked at us and said everybody wants to eat hot food so close these. I grabbed a biscuit with my hand which I know was wrong but she said use the tongs due to Covid. I just feel she could have spoken more professionally. With a please and thank you. I've dealt with rude clients for 25 years in my profession and always wore a smile and be polite even on my bad days.

it felt really safe and had nice decor, we slept really well and our pets liked it there too! the sheets were clean

the carpet was a little sticky but not too bad and the tv had a weird bar in the middle of the picture but it wouldn't keep me from coming back - it just needs some updates- i brought sanitizing wipes and used them on the mini fridge because it had greasy fingerprints

The staff went above and beyond for something we needed. Breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee which was a huge plus! Its located in an up and coming part of town so lots of stores around and the area felt very safe. I would stay here again.

We needed an extra bed/blankets and they didn't have it but they were real accommodating and apologetic. It wasn't anyone's fault but our own for not bringing extra bedding.
