The lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and VERY cheerful!
The guy at check out was somewhat annoyed.. he was on a phone call when I arrived and I believe that was why he was upset. But he should have taken care of me with a different attitude. The shower in the accessible room was HORRIBLE. The water filled up the entire bathroom floor making it slippery and very dangerous

THE PEOPLE ABOVE ME WERE LOUD UNTIL 2 AM AND THE DESK SAID ALL THEY COULD DO WAS CALL THE POLICE. THEY CAN'T KNOCK ON THE DOOR . THAT WAS THE ONLY THING BAD AND IT WAS BAD.

love the pool, the room was nice and clean. everything looked new. the AC is ice cold. did not hear other guest rooms are very solid. We did 2 beds, they are in seperate rooms. very spacious.
staff could be nicer, they seem confused. there is small trash cans around property but they are not emptied regularly so i didnt know where to dump trash. If you do the extended stay housekeeping does not come by room (most likely becuase of covid). the wifi isn't strong at all.

Of course the pool but I've stayed here often before and the old management...Rita and her husband were awesome n I miss them but I like these new ones as well they do their jobs well and staff is excellent
