The receptionists were great, both at check in and at check out. The facility is an older one but very nicely remodeled. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Good overnight stay with good pricing!

I didn’t like the fact there was no elevator, but understand the facility is an older one. I was given the option is a 1st or 2nd floor unit and chose the 2nd floor as I don’t like ground floor units, personal preference. I am able to navigate stairs but being 69 with a bad back, it is a bit difficult, so given a choice between a facility that has an elevator to one that doesn’t, I would choose the one with an elevator. Just a thought for future renovations and business.

Full breakfast available - I had plenty for my days activities... Located a stone's throw from the highway...almost literally. Staff were friendly, personable, and helpful - all that I had interactions with, anyway. Check-in and check-out very easy.

It was not far from who we wanted to visit, and not far where we wanted to head to after ward. Breakfast was really good.

I didn't like how the door to our room looked like at one time it been busted open. All night I was watching to see if anyone breaks in.

This was an overnight stop on our way to Lake Cumberland, the staff was great and very friendly. Hotel was a great value, clean and quiet. Also, the safety factor, I felt completely safe there. Pool looked very pretty. Staff was very nice.

The mattress was a little old, but we slept fine.

my room was located on the second floor which was very hard for my. i need a knee replacement my accommodations where not meet. staff was nice until I asked for a handicap accessible room. I also requested this on line. this experience has made me not want to stay with your establishment again. I’ve managed to do the best that I could with the level of pain that I was in.

Outdoor seating would have been nice. It was morning and the pool was not yet open. I just needed a quiet place to sit as my room mates were all still asleep.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, very friendly & courteous staff. Great breakfast. Close to lots of dining options. Short ways off 4 lane highway. No way this a 2 star hotel. Someone messed up that rating, smaller rooms, maybe? Would definitely use again.

We did not like the fan being connected to the light in the restroom making it loud when someone uses the restroom at night. Our refrigerator also had rust on the racks.

We were there to visit my Granddaughter at Lindsey Wilson College. The motel staff was friendly, accommodating. A very pleasant young lady, Mary, processed our check in. She was very informative and helpful! The room (room 108) was comfortable, had bath amenities; beds were comfortable. We had two queen beds. Breakfast was set up nicely in lobby area. Waffles, eggs (scrambled & boiled), biscuits & gravy, toast, sausage, yogurt, fruit cups, plenty of coffee, orange & apple juice. The staff in the breakfast area very friendly & helpful!

The people at the front desk were really friendly upon checking in, and there were two young ladies in the evening that were friendly also. The staff in the morning all said good morning as we walked into breakfast. As for the room, it was pretty standard, nothing exceptional but there wasn’t anything bad either, it was a good motel room, clean, and the bed was hard but comfortable and didn’t make our backs hurt. Pillows were comfy. We just needed a place to sleep before heading to our son’s wedding the next day and the room served our purposes for that. The toilet was a little wobbly but fully functional lol. Overall it was a good experience just be prepared for there to be nothing to do in the little town of Columbia KY. Even the Speedway next door closed early. The pictures were taken the day we left so I always strip the beds and put our towels in a pile in any hotel I stay in just to help the housekeeping.

Toilet needs to be tightened down to the floor a little and the shower head could stand to be a little higher up but these are minor things.
