Everything was clean, fresh. Got to talk to locals, several displaced due to Hurricane Helena effects. Had a decent smoking area and bf talked w locals. Asked check in if the restaurant next door was any good/price, said it was a few bucks but delicious, yes!! Breakfast was ok, ypur normal hotel breakfast, no complaints, but still full of mexican. Had enough room to do a mini workout, yes they have a workout room. No pics cause no complaints

No hot tub, not overly fluffy towels. Lol if I need to answer this box.

The location is convenient to Morehead and also to the Interstate and to the services near the Interstate. The breakfast and coffee were as expected, just fine. Coffee is available all day. The room was clean.

The towels are pretty thin, might be time to replace them. We tend to want housekeeping once during our weeklong stay, but didn't realize there was no housekeeping on the weekend, so we missed our chance. It would be good to know at the beginning that housekeeping is five days a week.

Breakfast was very good. The food was hot and there was a good selection. We love the location and the proximity to the University. We always enjoy our stays at the Eagles Inn. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I was surprised that our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check-in. We wanted to take a few minutes to freshen up before heading out to dinner, but we couldn't. Usually, the room is ready for us when we arrive after 3pm.

The staff was very friendly, everyone was smiling. Seeing us with small children, they gave us the quietest room. We really appreciated this gesture. the breakfast was good with a distinct variety of things.

After we put a "privacy" sign on the door on Saturday, we expected on Sunday for the staff to come and change the sheets on our beds and give us new towels.

It was very clean and very conveniently located right next to a very good Mexican restaurant. A gas station was right in front of property too the location was great. The rooms were very clean. The indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the beds they were very hard and not comfortable for me.

Received a text message from staff asking if I had any Q or concerns, responded that we’d be arriving well after midnight, and it was annotated. also received a text when our room was ready for check in. -Staff was great. -Everything was very clean. -Good, Hot breakfast.

only 2 things, which one was our fault: 1. we left the room for 4-5 hours and left the AC set to Cool, On (not auto), and when we returned the room was very cold, but damp. this was our fault. 2. can’t believe I’d ever write this for a hotel, but the water in shower was VERY HOT!! barely halfway to hot and it could burn you…. normally not something to mention, but I’d you have younger ones that can shower on their own, be aware.

it is very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are all very friendly.

the only negative about this place (and we’ve stayed here multiple times) is the humidity that gets trapped in the rooms—especially in bottom floor. This occurs when it is really hot outside and the AC is on below about 72 degrees. it makes the room “wet” where the carpet and the sheets become damp. once we talked to the staff about it and they recommended keeping AC above 70-72, the trapped humidity subsided.

Nice variety of cold and warm foods. Fresh fruit was a great surprise! Friendly staff.

We searched for a property that welcomed pets as I was returning my daughters to college with their emotional support animals. I was not told until I was checking in that there was an additional $30 fee to an already expensive fee. It was too late to make other plans.

The decaf coffee in the carafe was cold and the machine with all the choices didn’t include decaf

Breakfast was standard for motels. Coffee maker was good. Would have liked some apples and grapes.

The body wash container had been emptied by previous guest and not replaced. Using shampoo and conditioner for entire body was certainly a new experience.
