The young lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was one of the nicest front desk people we have encountered in a long while, with the exception of our recent trip in June to Hawaii. The facility itself is older, but clean. Our room had two issues..1) the bathroom light/ fan was incredibly loud and 2) when you flushed the toliet it sounded like balloons being deflated on purpose, again very loud. It is my 65th birthday, and we are in Kentucky for that, then moving on to our next location. The hotel's location has 2 gas stations near it, and that's it. Everything else is 4 miles away. That was fine with us. Limited breakfast, but there is muffins, fruit, biscuits, and gravy. Again, I want to thank the young lady with the long blond hair for being so kind. I did not get her name, unfortunately.

The loud toliet and fan in our room it was very annoying. I have bad headaches.

Comfortable beds and room and facility was clean. There is a nice breakfast with a good selection. This is my second stay here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just some minor upkeep needed as stated below.

The only negative was a small patch of mold growing on the ceiling in my room, and the second layer of glass was broken and duck taped on my room window.

The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a log. We were on our way to Ohio and stopped here for the night. Such a good sleep. Breakfast was good. Well worth it. There were a bunch of tiny pillows on the bed. That was weird, but we just used them all. haha.

Lovely front desk staff. Pillows very soft. Mattress seems to be better than before.

Breakfast was not good. Needed more choices and better food . Price was high compared to past rates. Need a stool so can prop feet up while sitting in chair or recliner

when booking we requested if possible to have our room ready due to a wedding that was taking place we would need to relax and prepare for the 4:00 pm event. They fulfilled our request which made us very happy.

Nothing. Reasonably priced. Quiet stay. Convenient from main highway and the Wedding event location was right down the road which we could see from our room window.

The did a very good job , with what we went thru having the bad virus , We hope everyone gets the injection so that we can get better very soon again .and travel more . It is to long since we visit our Children and Grandchildren in Morehead . We hope it will not take another 19 months till we see them again . We hope everyone will get the injection soon that we are healthy in our State 's again and all in the United States. If we have to have a booster shot we will go as soon as it is .

Talk to people and not be afraid to get the virus , but this is not the Hotels fall we have to stay away from every one because we don't know were has the injection when we go out ?

The staff suggested this BBQ diner that was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is always a good thing!

The bathroom tub you could tell needed a good scrubbing (mold in the crease of the tub and the wall)

everything was very clean and the staff was great. we really liked the small breakfast and the friendly staff that prepared it.

although there address is Morehead, if you’re familiar with the area, it is actually at the Sharkey exit; in reality you’re not in Morehead, but one exit away—any shopping, restaurants, the hospital, etc., requires a. it longer drive. But, the value was worth the extra drive for us.

Hotel was older but in good repair and clean for its age! The quietest hotel I have ever been in could not hear anything through the walls! Housekeeping was quiet and super friendly! Front desk staff was very accommodating for a late check-out! Was here for six days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Nice area of town, nuce people, felt safe.

I like a super bright room and there are no lights in the ceiling so just had to rely on table lamps.

Breakfast was worst part of the stay. Biscuits were cold and hard, eggs not good. Bed was excellent and accommodations were good.
