Mostly positive experience. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice room size. I have never stayed in a Hampton due to my pet allergy. The rooms were very clean and you would never know there weee pets in the rooms. The parking was a bit difficult. My husband has a large truck and there weren’t spot available which was frustrating but the staff quickly accommodated and allow him to park near the entrance. The other negative for us was the bed was very hard. Overall good experience will stay again.

Everything including the room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillow are big though! Luckily we packed our own pillows! Breakfast was included but we aren’t breakfast eaters! Coffee wasn’t all that great! I was hoping for French vanilla creamer and none! That is usually my hotel treat! Parking was easy and safe. We had no problems! Prefect spot to stay to pick up our child from GSP at Morehead!

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean, and the location was excellent. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that we were able to walk to.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, so that was disappointing. Also, the bathroom door took some effort to lock.

Everything was clean inside and out! The staff was courteous and professional and check in took about one minute. Linens were excellent. Room was very clean,

Staff were not wearing masks, not even the breakfast attendant. I found this upsetting in this time of a high virus area. It was stressed in all the literature we received that masks were mandatory. I only saw one desk attendant wearing a mask, and that was at checkout.

Quick and easy access to the roadway. Very close to Morehead State University if traveling for sporting event, clinic, or visit.

The rooms were clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. Location was great for what we were there for.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much to choose from and no water or juice for you to drink.

it was to expensive for a one night stay. I was willing to get another hotel but my husband wanted the one behind Cracker Barrel

We had a quiet comfortable room, close enough to I-64 for easy access. Staff was efficient and friendly. Everything was clean.

The ice machine on our floor was broken. Few restaurant choices nearby.

Breakfast was great! Location perfect. Staff excellent.

Bed was too hard so didn’t sleep well at all. Price too high.
