The lady working the night we arrived was super sweet, gave us a handicap room for my son, there were two people parked wrong in handicap game me a couple options to help out with that.

Don’t put smoke free hotel sticks on front door if staff is going to smoke right in front of the sliding doors, the lobby smells of smoke when they smoke there

Mostly positive experience. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice room size. I have never stayed in a Hampton due to my pet allergy. The rooms were very clean and you would never know there weee pets in the rooms. The parking was a bit difficult. My husband has a large truck and there weren’t spot available which was frustrating but the staff quickly accommodated and allow him to park near the entrance. The other negative for us was the bed was very hard. Overall good experience will stay again.

Everything including the room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillow are big though! Luckily we packed our own pillows! Breakfast was included but we aren’t breakfast eaters! Coffee wasn’t all that great! I was hoping for French vanilla creamer and none! That is usually my hotel treat! Parking was easy and safe. We had no problems! Prefect spot to stay to pick up our child from GSP at Morehead!

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the room very much. It did need a detailed cleaning. Mirrors were dirty and a lot of dust on baseboards and lower parts of furniture.

Very clean. Nice people!

I could not for the life of me get the heat to come on as directed (to use the wall control). The blower came on but only cold air came out even though I had it on heat. I froze.

Everyone was very friendly! The breakfast wins very good the lady that was cleaning filling food was so nice to me and my dad

The pump on the shampoo didn’t work, was unable to use the shampoo. Also the inside bar on the shower door kept falling off.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Maybe regular eggs and pork sausage rather than frittata and chicken sausage

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean, and the location was excellent. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that we were able to walk to.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, so that was disappointing. Also, the bathroom door took some effort to lock.

Location and that check out was at noon.

Water was barely lukewarm in the shower. Tried night and morning. Water never got any warmer.
