We were traveling through on our way to FL and needed an accommodation for our dog. We asked for first floor and were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was so great after driving 10 hours. She needed the room to run and get out some pent up energy so we could get a good night’s sleep!

What happened to standard size pillows? These are just small squares that aren’t at all comfortable. In a king size bed, no less. We don’t travel with our own pillows so I was pretty bummed to have to sleep on these.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast is not well organized or well stocked. The hotel was sold out on the night we stayed, and it was obvious that they had not prepared for that many guests to take advantage of the free breakfast perk.

Breakfast was excellent!

The carpet in the room had chunks of food on it & there was a dirty wash cloth on the bathroom floor. We kept smelling smoke or campfire.

Staff was friendly, room was very clean, and animal friendly, good night stay just a little expensive.

We have been coming to Paducah in November to Christmas shop for 20+ years and have stayed at the Hampton for the last 8 or so years. Good location, great breakfast and friendly staff!

Cleanliness is my overall top criteria and this hotel met my standards.

I wish there was a way doors could be adjusted to close securely without slamming shut. That's the most annoying feature about room doors in nearly every hotel. The water flow of our shower made a high-pitched shrill, almost like a siren that drove us crazy and could probably be heard or detected in other rooms. Also, the bathroom sink drain needs unclogging (room 428). Couldn't find a channel guide for the DirecTV service. None of the above would cause me to avoid staying there, but attention needed to be given to them. I didn't report any of it while we were there because we were there just one night and they are things that should be noted upon departure that need attending to.

This hotel went above expectations for clean and safe stay during these challenging times. Breakfast had many choices (considering the safe serving of food) hosted by very pleasant person and coffee was very good

Considering that this was a short stay of 12 hours we were very happy with the hotel, service and attention to detail. It would be very hard to pinpoint negativity at this location. Will stay there on every trip taking us thru Chattanooga.

Great location, very clean, staff was very friendly. It is close to a lot of restaurant's and service stations. With easy access to the interstate, Great breakfast buffet on the weekends.
