The front desk person who checked me in, Kelli, was friendly, efficient, and capable. The lobby and my room looked very inviting and clean. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and looked very festive. I didn't eat breakfast but the breakfast room looked very nice as well. My room was a nice size and had a good layout. Most importantly, there were no bed bugs (I always check). The shower/tub had a lot of hot water and a great shower head. The bedding was clean and comfortable (sheets and comforter). The price that I paid was good and the location was perfect- close to the interstate and many restaurants nearby.

The mattress was not super comfortable, it was just okay. The tub drain looked old and in need of replacement. Ditto for the cabinet holding the microwave and refrigerator. The road noise from the interstate doesn't usually bother me but this noise went on all night long.

The breakfast at this location is always hot and tasty. There are some type of eggs every day and then at least one choice of meat such as sausage or bacon. Our granddaughter was celebrating her 19th birthday and wanted to bring the puppy along. This location is very friendly to pets. The outside pool was warm yet refreshing and we enjoyed being able to swim in the dark as many hotels close pools at dusk. The small fridge and microwave made keeping food ready for the two year old easy. The beds are very comfortable and this location is within a mile from just about any fast food restaurant, a Kroger, a Walmart, three sit-down restaurants and at least two drug stores. There are also several pizza places in town that you can either dine-in or carry out or receive a delivery. This is our choice hotel when we stay near home for any family occasion.

We wish this location had a fitness center.

From the moment we walked in, the desk clerk made us feel right at home. I wish I could remember her name, because she was just amazing. From logistics to advice about the area, her help was invaluable. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing; most importantly, the morning we were leaving, the morning desk clerk warned us about a storm rolling in, pretty quickly. He suggested we either wait there or head south (even though our destination was northeast). We went south about 20 miles; we found out later a couple of tornadoes touched down north of Louisville. If he hadn't warned us, we probably would have been right in the middle of that.

There was, seriously, nothing we didn't like. It was expensive, but that's because it was Derby week. Everyplace was expensive that week. For a once-in-a-lifetime visit, it was worth it.

The beds are like laying on the floor, very hard beds.

The breakfast was great. Hot and delicious. One day we had scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy and the next there were tator tots and sausage links and scrambled eggs plus a variety of other foods such as waffles, cereal, sausage egg mcmuffins, yogurt, fruit, etc. We just were hoping for bacon but everything was very good. The room was exceptionally clean as well as the hallway leading to the room - very nice.

The only thing we missed was not having a fitness center to workout. Everything else was perfect.

Regular housekeeping service is a luxury these days and your housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.

No tv guide, main lamp by bed had a short in it so I had to tuck the cord under the phone to use the lamp

Breakfast was delicious. Sausage and waffles and tangerines were my favorite. It was nice having a refrigerator in the room. Coffee in the lobby was a good idea. Breakfast room was cleaned up nice and replenished with food when it ran down.

It would be nice to have an infused water in the lobby, it adds an extra touch; and travelers are thirsty!

Honestly, easily the comfiest Best Western we’ve stayed in. We weren’t looking for luxe hotels (just on a stopover on our way to Nashville) and we’re so surprised with how clean, comfortable and friendly this hotel was. Water pressure is also strong and super hot which was lovely.

The staff there are nice hardworking people. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was also nice.

The price was more than I should have payed, but everyone was gouging for the farm handout expo in Louisville. The room had the musty old smoke smell but was doable. The location couldn't get any closer off the interstate, which is convenient but you could definitely hear all the traffic noise from my room.

Everything was outstanding. The breakfast was beyond excellent, both for variety and quality. The room was clean and inviting, the beds and accessories comfortable. Staff friendly anad helpful. There was virtually no outside noise - traffic, etc. I was so happy that I reserved the same room for our trip back to Pennsylvania four days later.
