All new. Good price. Hotel was great. No issues at all.
One thing....Could not adjust a.c. temp to my liking. On the other hand...We ordered food for delivery from Pedro's [over $50]. Resurant assured me it had been picked up [I thought his place was doing delivery] by some delivery service called ASAP. We never got our food. Pedro's was quick to let me know, "Once it leaves here, I am not responsible!". It was after 10pm by then just went to bed.....hungry .I'd caution other guests.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean when I arrived. The staff didn't clean the rooms unless I requested. Mr Patel was very nice and helpful. I stayed for 13 days. Its a very nice hotel. My stay was good....
I had to request to have my room clean. And one day it had not been clean when the worker's came by early and I said, I needs my room clean she left didn't return.

Check-in was quick and easy. I arrived at 5 am and was tired from a long drive from Texas. The front desk was polite and accommodating. I will stay here again. I didn't realize pets stayed free so that was an awesome perk!!
Nothing, everything was exceptional. The room was clean, tidy, and they already had the a/c on for my arrival. I was very pleased with my stay.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very nice. Despite the things that were not the best, I would stay again.
There were spiderwebs in the room, I hate spiders. Ice machine was by the office, so we couldn't get ice...there were thunderstorms when we stayed. My room was in the corner, but you can't park by the door...we got wet in the rain trying to get to the room.

Yes,being though it's a newly facility,remind your housekeepers of some of the things that aren't visible,over light fixtures,toilet paper holder,corners of the baseboards.

I absolutely love the area...everything in walking distance. Super Target & Ross right next door!
Although it's not the hotel's fault renovations aren't finished...the knocking around and noise was not a go!

Completely renovated with good taste. Cleaned and comfortable. Friendly staff.
I was given a smoking room when I requested Non Smoking. It smelled a little bit I was too tired to ask for a change of room.

Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean however hot means cold and cold mean hot on the shower. Fridge was brand new microwave was rusting a little.
No stores around. No breakfast not even coffee.
