Didn't use the breakfast pass

While getting dress a man with a room key just walked in the room and didn't knock or identify as a employee was very frightening

Location was convenient to the interstate and there was plenty of retail nearby. Room was quiet and clean. Decent fitness center (see "didn't like" though).

It is difficult to find the front desk when first arriving at the property. (The trick is to drive around back, to the left, and under the tall, white canopy.). The fitness center was out of wipes, had no working clock and one of the universal machines was out-of-service. Breakfast ended at 9a and at that time the buffet was wiped out - I only got a handful of bacon strips and some grits to go with my coffee (tasty bacon and excellent grits though). I also thought that this motel had a no-pet policy but it has a dog run and I heard several dogs barking during my stay.

The quiet with the exception of one morning when the workers were going to work. They were a bit loud, one yelling from almost in front of my room to someone above us. The breakfast was great.

The door needed to be fitted better. You could outside through the opening.

Breakfast was pretty good, the lady that was taking tickets, and refilling food was amazing, sweet, just over all made our morning. Loved the people there. We plan on returning to LA, and our decision was made clearly on the people we encountered on our trip. You guys are awesome!! Thanks

Having to come home.

Really appreciated the hot breakfast, the variety of breakfast beverages, the ambiance, and the fitness room. So glad to have housekeeping come in everyday to tidy our room and replace towels. It is a very, very clean hotel. Maintenance was also quick to fix our sink drain on our first day. We also like the personal touch of daily text messages that we get, while staying at the hotel, to thank us and to ask us if there's anything we need. The location is great, very quiet, close to Tanger outlet, and between Baton Rouge and NOLA. Most of all, we are very thankful for Brittany and 2 other front desk staff as well as housekeeping who made sure they retrieved my daughter's AirPods that my daughter forgot when we checked out. And they mailed it to our home for free. We are definitely impressed. Thank you very much.

More fruits and add waffles and/or turkey sausage for breakfast. Improve hotel choice of shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise everything is AWESOME.

This place was immaculate! Upon walking in, the desk attendant greeted with warmth. He made it clear that he was here to help! He explained how breakfast would work in the morning and answered any question thrown his way. The lobby reminded me of 1920s, and it's elegance flowed throughout the hotel. My personal favorite was the courtyard with its rocking chairs.

Only thing I didn't like was how long it took to replace the coffee in the morning during breakfast.

I like the staff, the room was clean with lots of brand new towels. The price for the room is very affordable and the cleaning staff answered quickly when I called them.

No elevators to use so you have climb up the stairs with your luggage. The rooms are dated and the door to the room was hard to open and close.

I think there should be a dress code, a dress standard enforced at breakfast,… No fault of the staff, but a guest came down to the dining area wearing clothes they had obviously slept in, and other inappropriate attire

Very clean with friendly staff

We stayed for 2 days. Once we checked in around 5 PM, we went straight to our room. We put the AC on and headed to the pool. Our room did not cool off to a comfortable temperature the first night. We left the AC on the next day while we were out and about. The next night was fine. We slept comfortably and all was great.

Location was perfect. Very quiet. Full hot breakfast was very good.

Romm didn't get cleaned the whole 3 days I was there. Not sure if I was supposed to ask for that or not.
