The breakfast was amazing, the space in the room was much needed with 3 kids and the location was 5-6 mins from my n-laws. The staff members were very attentive and welcoming.

By me having 3 kids and I love baths myself I didn't have a tub stopper so I had to use a rag to plug up the tub. It worked of course but we should have the option for all tubs. The bed was uncomfortable to where I kept waking up but I made it work while we was there. Improve the tub and the bed and this place would be a 10 out of 10 for me.

I was charged a $75 pet fee that I was NEVER informed of. My mom has a small emotional support dog, and I notified them at check-in. I wasn't informed of any pet fee and didn't find out until I got home and checked my bank statement. She never asked for any paperwork to verify, either.

, . Beautiful clean and well equipped room with microwave and fridge. Lovely dining area where my grandson and I could just hang out and play games and watch videos on tablet while his dad took a short nap after our drive down. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, all our favorites plus waffles. And the front desk staff was wonderful, letting us check in a couple of hours early. Very nice people and so Friendly. I will be going back on my next trip to New Orleans. And we loved the gym, had fun working out.

The indoor pool was beautiful but not heated. It was too cold to enjoy.

Location was great. The staff was friendly and help with your needs. The beds and pillows was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. They served a on the go bag of food and had cookies out everyday. Very warm and friendly place would stay again.

everything was very nice. the room was clean and inviting the breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very attentive. The front desk young lady was very very professional and sweet and accommodating, she had just worked that night and was right back the next morning with a great smile.

I loved the location the pool the room the soap you guys use smells so good other hotel soaps normally smell like a perm lol but this location is my new favorite spot

My stay was amazing, the staff was great and responded without hesitation, I did T get to try breakfast being it was over at 10am which is later than most. The price was high for a day $183.00 one night and $167.00 for the second night but my overall experience is worth going back

TV in an inconvenient place in the room we had (can't lay on the bed and watch it). Though they were clean, the sheets did not have a clean smell.
