The hotel was very clean when you pull up your parents are the property is an excellent condition the staff is very friendly they make you feel like they're welcoming you into their home and they help you with anything they can possible with no hesitation they have a good team here.

I can honestly say I don't have anything to complain about the rooms were very clean they smelled amazing the refrigerator and freezers were clean and a lot of hotels that offer the big refrigerators are never clean thoroughly but wood springs Suites was immaculate they have a good staff here. I had asked if they were doing any hiring but I'm living in the hotels right now and you're not allowed to live here if you work here and I understand because some hotels people take advantage of that I wouldn't but some hotels do I'm 53 years old I don't have time to goof off and play around with friends and stuff I stay to myself if I'm not watching TV I'm reading my Bible and talking with my grandkids on video chat that's how my days go.

How it says pet friendly but whenever you get there, they inform you that you can't stay if you don't have a kennel. But over all, the window is shut with a sign referring that it does not open until 9:00 which makes driving all nights to get to town to take care of a funeral been pretty tired and bad considering they will not allow you to check in early prorate or ⁷⁷⁷76⁶⁶do anything, so you must sit until no earlier than 11:00 next morning and then as you wallk in the manger bluntly tell you you have to wait until the window opens and then springs the question is that your dog? Well you won't be able to stay here with that dog! Why? Because we have a kennel for it.

The location was perfect. I was able to check in early. The price was very good. I will definitely stay here again!

Location, Prices, rooms very roomy to move around. I like there's no carpet.

The only dislike I have is no refund if check out early. I check out a day earlier and I was told by staff that I could not get a refund... So that was very unacceptable I feel. I feel why should I pay for another night if I'm not going to be there. Family emergency came up and I had to get back to Dallas Texas asap. So that's the only dislike I had. I had paid my full balance upfront. So I wish I could of gotten my reimbursement back...

the staff is very polite and the price is very acceptable for the location and quality of service very pleased with our stay it is very comfortable clean very much beneficial with stove and full size fridge I definitely would and will be staying at this hotel again in the future if a hotel room is needed

I don't have any complaints however I would love if it would have an ice machine I have to have ice at all times but conveniently there is a gas station less than a block away right next to hotel that has ice and fountain drinks 😀

Nice room, we stopped here as it was too stormy for camping. There's a kitchen in the room,we had our cooking stuff (else you need to pay and get them at front desk) so we didn't go out but there's fast food and a Walmart nearby. Front desk lady was super efficient and friendly. Great value for money.

Could have been cleaner, but overall was ok. It's bit weird but the shower curtain is not provided, you need to go ask for it..

The first room that was given to me was very dirty had to walk out. The second room was missing a shower curtain and had small roaches

The size of the room and the location.

The room could have been cleaned better. The pillows were awful. The shower needs a floor rail to hold the water in the shower because he gets all-over the floor. Needed more towels and chair or couch.

We are picky when it comes to hotels. This one was very clean and the staff could not have been friendlier. They were amazing with us and our daughter. Even the other guests were friendly.

The only thing that would have made it better were if they had a pool. Also, a coffee pot. We brought our own because we usually do that anyway. Many hotels don't clean their coffee pots well. Having said all that, I STILL would go back. In fact, we are already planning a weekend to just get away and plan on staying here.

Loved the management and staff member Star. She went above and beyond to make guests happy.
