Hotel is conveniently located to the Paragon Casino. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Crickets were everywhere outside & inside. Our room had crickets in it too. Room had a smell to it like dirty feet, very musty. I think the carpet needed cleaning. The tables had dust on them.

the unexpected deposit I had to put down without knowledge. I found out after my stay & looking at my bank account. I called back & it was explained to me. But it was a big inconvenience

I booked online got there manager said everything was good. Got ready to check out the girl said I hadn't paid for the room showed her confirmation number she still Charged my card again. They took my money then found mistake and I had to wait a week for my refund. The Manager Ms. Sherry or Shiela lied never called me back. That was horrible when I told the young lady that I paid online

We LOVE Hampton Inn we always come for my mom's birthday weekend breakfast is always great ,staff and the location as well we enjoy every year

The room could have used a little bit better cleaning wasn't as clean as the times before and also had geckos in the room on the walls other than that we had a great day as always thanks guys

The suite I had was laid out perfectly for business and relaxing...very pleased when I walked in the room...

The surrounding area around the facility needed some cleaning and trash pickup....I was worried I had made a mistake but the inside of the hotel was neat and the room was also....

t he e outdoor grounds kept well and inviting. Hotel lobby nice and clean. The clerk behind the desk was very accommodating, warm and hospitable.

The carpet in the hallway needs shampooed.

I loved everything about my stay especially that it's close to everything I needed such as stores and right across the street from casino. Everyone was so friendly.

The only thing I really didn't find satisfying was no extra pillows, blankets or trash bags in the room.

We always look for workout facilities when booking a room. The workout room was temporarily closed due to a roof leak. That was a dissappointment.

The pool wasn't available and the carpet in the halls was filthy!
