I loved how the hotel was clean and the night manager was lovely. The room was PERFECT. My son's loved the room. The beds were AMAZING. My son's had a BALL in the pool.

I didn't like that breakfast had to be paid for after I spent $515 for the room and the hotel host told me that breakfast was included I didn't like how much the snacks were.

I'm very big on customer service. Both the greeting concierge and my checkout concierge was very pleasant An older man and a young Hispanic girl. Very nice... We stayed in a pet friendly room it was clean. Didn't even smell like there was a pet in there before. Shower was nice and hot ... Bathroom clean too .. a little dated in some parts but a nice room to lay out in.. cleaning staff is excellent and very friendly when they see you. They look like they like coming to work and it was Christmas. Eve hats off to the cleaning staff and the concierge... Really happy about the mini fridge. Kept my stuff cold and the microwave ..Won't mind staying there again if I go back to VA

Like I said it was a little dated. You could tell it's an older hotel. Some things could have been changed in the room. To be a little upgraded.. but it was very minimal. The whole hotel smell very good. They're definitely doing their job. Definitely not a deal breaker would stay there again if I need to in that part of VA

Staff was excellent. Before I saw the "no housekeeping except on request" (based on our visits to local restaurants, help is very hard to come by in Prince George's County) notice on the bathroom mirror, my wife mentioned there were only two towels (we were a party of three). I called the front desk who could well have said "come down." They didn't. They sent someone up with extra towels, coffee cups and coffee. Much appreciated. The bar was well done. The bistro was more of a cafe, decent light fare. Lightly staffed but our waiter was excellent. Whole milk by the coffee would be a plus. They had a nice list of local dining spots at the front desk. Excellent access to highways. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it

Bistro could have had a broader menu for dinner.

Only 2 membership staff were off, hats off to Jarod in reception, Carlos the maintenance and Alma in housekeeping. Brekkie was nice and felt homely.

It didn't seem like they changed the fruit in the hydration water so it always tasted off enough to buy water, the pool was dirty and a little cold

Rooms were clean, no odors, very comfortable. Property felt very safe.

Restaurant service and quality not very good, Friday night, restaurant not to capacity but nice size crowd, staff seemed overwhelmed and food and drinks not good.

the pool. the fact that i needed to make reservations to swim and the pool not cleaned between sessions. Why have a reservation? We all swam in the same water and used the same furniture to sit on. also, during our swim several youth were playing football in the pool and we were unable to utilize the entire area. Us and other family had to stay in one area to avoid being hit by the football or being hit by one of the boys. Went to the desk, staff came in and addressed the problem, but still didnt stop. Football was then intentionally thrown at us and we left before our time was up. Pool gets a rating of 1 from me.

The hotel was clean. Everything worked properly. Beds were comfortable.

We were told by the front desk that breakfast was not included, only coffee. I showed them my receipt from booking.com and they ended up comping our breakfast.

Welcoming, I absolutely loved the holiday decorations, the property was very nice & the staff was so professional & friendly!

They accommodate pets. They couldn't find my reservation through booking. Karen was WONDERFUL. After calling booking.com, we found the mistake was booking not the the hotel. It was close to FedEx. We took the rideshare bus. That is a must if you go to the game.

They take no cash at all and we couldn't get in our room at check-in time. We had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. Several had to wait.

The bed and pillows were fabulous. Very comfy and room was clean with a modern look.

The only small issue was the ice machines were not working. Also the rates were a little high but considering the area I guess that is the going rate.
