The distance from the parking garage to the hotel was short and the location of the hotel in proximity to restaurants and bars was nice making it easy to walk to our desired destinations. The variety of breakfast foods available was nice. The room size was also great and it was nice being able to use Google Chromecast to watch streaming services from my phone on the TV which was a great size.

We were provided with wrong times for breakfast and check-out when we checked in which was confusing. There was also some hair in the shower (on the wall and floor) that shows the shower was not properly cleaned prior to us using it. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. There isn't ceiling lights anywhere except the bathroom and right inside the door. You have to switch multiple smaller switches to turn on multiple little lights for any additional light which still isn't that bright.

We loved the location. The included breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so nice and helpful! When we arrived our a/c in our room was broken but they staff gave it all their attention and got it fixed and us comfortable as soon as possible. I am still thinking about the shrimp and wings that we got from the restaurant, they were so good!

When we first checked into our room the a/c was broken and the hair on the drain hadnt been cleaned but the staff were super responsive and got it fixed quickly and continued to check on us throughout our entire stay!

It was clean & accessible to everything that was offered at the National Harbor. I would like to recognize the housekeeper that service my room because she went above & beyond expectations. I will definitely stay again at this property. I would also like to recognize the two ladies that checked us out & the one that searched for a guest services attendant to help me with my luggage & lastly the attendant showed up promptly at my departure with a cheerful attitude & muscles. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at your hotel & I can’t wait to return.

Location, breakfast and staff were all amazing. The in-house restaurant and staff were also great. We were there for an event in a nearby hotel but all the staff were prepared and joined in on the fun of the local event!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the sofa bed. We went for the king bed and sofa bed because the room was bigger but the mattress in the fold out was paper thin and the springs were stabbing us. The restaurant also had very limited vegetarian options which meant one of us had the same veggie burger for dinner our entire stay...

Beautiful new hotel with wonderful views to the water and pier. The area has lots of restaurants and activities around. Rooms where large with comfy beds.

The location is far from DC. Taking an Uber was expensive and there was no public transportation. We ended up driving to parking lots in DC and leaving our car day for the day there and moving around by bus to avoid crazy traffic and parking in the city. So this “cost” have to be taken into account when going for this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. All of the staff (front desk, manager, breakfast and cleaning staff) make the extra effort to accommodate your needs. In fact, the direct tv in the room was not broadcasting local channels due to contract negotiations. It was New Year's Eve and football, New Year's Eve shows were not accessible unless you did Chromecast from another device. Raul came to our room and set it up so we could watch our football and other shows. Room was spotless and well appointed. The lobby, restaurant and complimentary breakfast station were excellent.

No valet parking. Did not like to Chromecast from my own device. Would have preferred login to my streaming app (Hulu) instead. Hotel SW needs to provide more access to streaming apps.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. From the time I stepped into the hotel, from the time at checkout! The rooms were spotless! Beds are comfortable! Breakfast was good every morning! We had dinner downstairs one night, and the food was great! Where we were located, we had a view of the river and Ferris wheel, and then one night, fireworks right at our window!!! And the hotel is right in the heart of shops, stores and restaurants, so you could just get out and walk!!

Pillows and shuttle service. I usually bring my own pillow, but forgot! Too soft for me, but that's my personal choice. And no shuttle service...but given the space in front of the hotel, it wouldn't have given the shuttle enough space to stop in front of the hotel, as that space was for guest loading or unloading their luggage. We took an Uber to the casino, then there's a city bus that comes to the casino and you can ride back close to where you're staying for FREE (just find out from the bus driver where to get off)! I'm sure you can ride it there, but you have to be at the right bus stop to get picked up! Got that tip from a resident of MD!!! Still didn't take away from the amazing stay! Rating still 10!!!

I had a great stay and usually choose the MGM, but decided to try your hotel this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I want to especially recognize the African American female staff member who checked me in. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, while also bringing a great sense of humor to the process. Please pass along my compliments to her and share this feedback with the hotel manager.

Enjoyed EVERYTHING

The rooms were really nice. It was enough space for me my kids. Everything was nice and clean. Your staff was very nice and professional. One of the housekeeping staff she couldn’t understand English well so she went out of her to find someone who could so they could help us. The restaurant staff was very kind. The managers on duty went over and beyond to accommodate both me a my family. The location was excellent. Walking distance to just everything!!!

Restaurant would run out certain foods or the kitchen would close earlier than expected time. I get it…there were several family reunions that were being hosted at the hotel. Just anticipate to buy more food to accommodate the people.

The view from our room was perfect. The breakfast was great and so was the servers that help replenished the food. The evening bar was great as well. We got some appetizer and drinks. Everyone who works there that we encounter was friendly and helpful. Great staff

Unfortunately we had someone who was on our floor was drunk and was banging on the walls screaming in the hallway, running up and down the hallway. Security came and handled the problem.
