Exceptional landscaping with koi pond and fountains, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautifully laid out grounds, available beach chairs and umbrellas for loan, clean rooms and attention to details.

The gardens were lush and gorgeous and hid some secret amenities: shuffleboard, ping pong. Hot tub / whirlpool was large enough for 2 families. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables in pool area. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were comfortable. Best of all: it had the old Cape Cod feel- the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Parking is tight. It wasn’t really an issue, but each room is only designated one parking spot.

Great room in a hotel that is in beautiful grounds. You also get a very warm welcome.

Nothing really. We knew it wasn’t in Chatham, but it is a couple of miles from the town.

The landscape and the property is beautiful and very well maintained. A very peaceful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend the pleasant bay village resort.

Everything! The grounds were a beautiful Japanese-inspired zen garden feel. We visited the koi pond multiple times. So many places to sit that were peaceful and lovely. We loved the pool and the hot tub.

I loved the landscaping, the cleanliness, the updated room, the bathroom counter (as opposed to a pedestal sink) the in-room Keurig, the assigned parking.

No bottles of water in the room. That seemed unusual to me.
