Very friendly hotel manager. The room was very clean and simple. Most of the rooms have a door to outside facing a large square parking lot and people sit outside their rooms. There are 3 buildings to the motel that face each other in a U. Only one of the buildings has a hallway.

The first time I stayed, I could not open my window and did not ask management how to do it. The second time I stayed my window easily opened. Loved having a window and a door, but did not like the fact that the rooms do not have a window on the opposite wall for cross breeze. The rooms do have AC/heater splits but I prefer fresh Cape Cod air.

1) comfortable bed - very important! 2) clean - very important! 3) had microwave and refrigerator, which I wasn’t expecting and were nice to have 4) I asked for and was given permission to extend my checkout time by one hour, which I greatly appreciated.

1) not much water pressure in the shower 2) even the “low” setting on AC was loud 3) I was unable to increase the volume on TV enough to hear the dialogue, and there’s nothing wrong with my hearing. In order to hear the TV, I had to turn off the AC because the blower was so loud. When I tried to increase the volume on the remote, nothing happened. I could hear the TV from the next room when my AC was turned off. When the AC was on, the blower motor drowned out the TV next-door

This was my 2nd stay at this motel within a week. I was in a different room this time, & again I had an extremely comfortable bed & a very clean room, which are the 2 most important features.

As I reported the last time, the AC unit is quite loud, even on the lower setting. Some of the tv stations are very "snowy," but this time I had a remote that allowed me to turn up the volume enough that I didn't have to shut off the AC to watch something.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Previous reviews about the mini blinds not being adequate aren’t a concern anymore as they have added blackout curtains. The rooms were quiet despite being located near a busy road.

Nothing in particular. This is a no frills stay. It served its purpose for me perfectly because I was staying solo and only needed it as a room to sleep in between going to work. If you were staying with a family or needed/wanted a bunch of room this wouldn’t be my first choice.

Easy check in and had a good time in the room. wi-fi was good, the bathroom was clean and nice, and there was plenty of space. Staff was very courteous and it was easy to check in. We had two vehicles there, and there was plenty of parking to go around.

There was a little bit of a smell, but once you were in the room or turned the ac on to get the air circulating it was fine.

The Rosewood Motel was perfectly located near local seafood restaurants and the bridge to the Cape. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Despite being close to the road, the room was quiet.

There were no chairs outside the building we were staying in. There was a little grassy area outside the building and we would have liked to sit outside since we were on a short vacation. We noticed that the other buildings at the motel had chairs. The room seemed a bit musty when we arrived.

The location was well lit, quiet, and the room was the perfect size for one person. I love that the window opened and fresh air could come through. The AC worked well and also helped to circulate air. The room smelled clean upon entry, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! For one or two nights of sleeping, this was a safe, comfortable and friendly spot. Very basic, but met needs of having a place to get some rest. Be sure to bring a cell phone and charger with you; There are no phones in the rooms, but the office is staffed and easily accessed from all of the units.

The shower was small, the shower head did not adjust very easily and the water pointed more at the wall rather than down towards me. There were stains in the carpet, but it just looked like the room could have used a new carpet; They had obviously just been cleaned, you could see vacuum lines, and maybe steam cleaning lines. The toilet did not flush properly, and there was no plunger for remedy.

I liked the fact that the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet, and the shower was very good! The check in was flawless and the price was excellent!

I would like to see a hair dryer and especially a coffee maker in the room! The hallway and room smelled a little musty!

Freshly painted, new carpet, microwave and refrigerator, large, bare bones but comfortable room across the street from 7 eleven, several restaurants in the area (they close early)' flat screen tv with HBO, 30 minute drive to Woods Hole ferry terminal, some rooms had chairs in front so you could sit outside

Needs room darkening curtains to block light coming in at night,

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was bare minimum but perfectly fine for what we needed. The best part was that it was very clean and comfortable. Went to nearby Onset and it was lovely.

The road and surroundings weren't great. It was very busy and not pretty. Hotel is basically in a parking lot with no grass areas or much property. Would have liked a box of tissues in the room as air conditioners make my allergies kick in. With all of that said, it was still a nice overnight stay!!
