Book for a wedding event in town, for night. It was convenient, clean hotel, loved the breakfast included and it was really good quality, fresh a lot of options, hot waffles you can make right at the spot, along with other varieties. Staff very accommodating loved the king size room, 2 bathrooms clean and with a really awesome view, I felt safe, deffinitly recommend this hotel, area very comfortable. The room was nice and spacious, with a jet tub, loved it, will for sure book with this hotel again

I have arthritis, lower back and neck surgeries,my only dissapointment the matress were not as comfortable for me, perhaps more softer would be my recomendation

I like the refrigerator and the hot tub in the room. The staff were very nice, The breakfast that was free was really good. We stayed there for Ed Sherin Concert at Gillette Stadium and used Great Woods Shuttle to get to the concert..oh the room had a great shower with a lot of water pressure I was truly a joy using that shower.

The room was a little damp, but it had two air conditioners. I at the time didn't notice the 2nd one. But once I turned it on, the room was back to be comfortably dry.

Well-located to attractions and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and wifi. The breakfast was satisfying with a surprising variety of options. Great value for a reasonable price!

No major complaints, just two suggestions: 1: Offer phone chargers and charging accessories for sale in the lobby for people like me that forget them. 2: A cheese option (even Kraft singles) in the breakfast cooler so folks in a hurry can make a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich for a quick option.

The room was really very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful - a choice of coated bagels, hard-boiled eggs, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were on the second floor of three and the floors/walls were like paper. Above us, when the guests walked around the room, the entire ceiling in our room creaked and cracked. However, the guests above us were probably on drugs, as they were walking and stomping up and down the room from 11:00 p.m. to approximately 4:30 a.m., and you could also hear them having loud sex - that's why we called the reception at around 2 a.m., but we were still all they heard and didn't sleep at all...

Hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The morning was started right with a nice breakfast and hot coffee provided. Location was not bad as we had a quick Uber ride into Mansfield. Plus, 99 Restaurant is right there so have dinner some beers at the bar and walk back to hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

Vending and ice machines didn't work. Had to search out machines to see if any worked.

The proximity to Gillette Stadium and the availability of a third party shuttle were my two main reasons for staying here. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and professional.

The room was overpriced for a one-night stay to attend a concert at Gillette. It seems the prices jump on concert or game nights.

Close to I95 , Gillette Stadium, shops and restaurants. Very clean, nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking on site. Good sized room and breakfast was a bonus. Handily located between Boston & Providence RI. Hotel staff assisted with transport to & from events at Gillette Stadium

Nothing really. Perhaps a dedicated shuttle bus to Gillette Stadium could be organised by the hotel when events are on. Although they did give us a phone no. to contact a private hire.

The hotel was very clean. It was in a great location, next to Gilette Stadium and shopping. They offered free hot breakfast, which was very convenient. Friendly staff. I was happy I chose this hotel after my stay.

A bit outdated, but not too bad. I was hesitant to book this hotel at first but went with it anyway because of the good rates. I really had no issues.

The location is great for easy access to Gillette stadium. Ninety Nine restaurant is right next door and food and drinks are available for purchase at the Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and everyone made us feel welcome.

The Inn is a little dated and could use a facelift

Breakfast was the basic inexpensive hotel breakfast, one waffle maker, yogurts, some toast and muffins. Nothing too fancy, but it was included. It was pretty crowded in the small dining area and the woman organizing the breakfast was diligent in replacing things. The facilities were clean and quiet, which for the price, was perfect.

The coffee was really quite bad. I don’t know if it was turnover or quality, but it wasn’t great. Still, for included breakfast, it’s hard to complain.
