Location and breakfast good.

Had difficulty with booking. Had booked thru Booking.com and registrar could not locate booking. We waited in excess of a hour while she called and trued to resolve. Final outcome was they had added my middle initial I. Front of last name which is why she could not locate. After traveling 5 hours waiting to obtain room was very frustrating.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was also renovated, well-maintained and convenient. Staff were excellent, very warm and helpful. Was there for a conference, and stay was convenient as shuttles were arranged from and to the hotel.

The air conditioning unit in the room was old and loud, and was hard to control - it didn't have an option for having the air going without heating or cooling. Also, it was floor-mounted in front of the window, so would blow straight up at you if you wanted to work from the armchair near the AC, or even move the curtains. Was super happy that they provided a microwave in the common area, but would have been great if the microwave was fully functional (plate wouldn't spin as rotating bit was broken)

Quiet. Nice sized room and comfortable pillows and bed. Easy parking. Right off interstate. MOST IMPORTANT: I was allowed to check in at 8:30 am which was awesome because I had been at the hospital for my brother’s surgery and needed the room while I waited for him to get out of surgery 10 hours later. I am so grateful! Thank you so very much!

So minor, but since you asked: the shampoo smell is very masculine. I was glad I had some from another hotel. You need more light in the room. The desk light had a really white bulb that I had to turn off. The housekeeper came into my room twice without knocking. That was not good. But those are just my personal preferences.

Location was lovely, out of the city, nice walking distance to local shops and transport links. I LOVED the Baza market nearby and found the most delicious food I've ever eaten. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy and couldn't be set on a lower fan strength. The fridge was a little too effective at keeping things cold - my food froze overnight.

clean, sophisticated, easy on off highway, exceptional front desk staff, great tv offering with Netflix, prime app options, comfy bed.

Doors to the rooms - at least the ones on third floor - were so heavy and difficult to open. It was difficult to keep door open to get our belongings inside. The room was so dark we couldn’t see to get inside! The switch just inside door only dimly lit door area. We had to use the flashlights on our mobile phones to find the switches on the table lamp. there were no wall switches to turn on the inside room lights. Very odd design error since the rest of the room is lovely and comfortable.

Pool was closed due to a leak. When booking said it included breakfast but when we checked in was told it was not included. Front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We arrived with a large group and had previously booked a block of rooms but when we arrived was told we all had to book individually online. They would not assist us in booking directly with them while standing at front desk.

When we first walked into the hotel the staff immediately greeted us with the most friendly hello! We loved how cleaned the hotel and room was. It was SUPER clean!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I do think if we stayed again we would choose a king size bed. The double was a bit small for two, but not awful.

Hotel Restaurant and Bar .. Friendly and helpful staff at both. The open seating area in the second floor and in the large open lobby( had seating and a televison) . I loved our room location on the second floor, we werent far from the pool or the elevators which is important when traveling with young children. Absolutely loved the pool and the color changing lights, it was also empty when we visited so my children had full use and we felt very comfortable being unmasked.

The outside appearance ( maybe under reservations) and the heat in our room did not work !

the location was close to the start line for the PanMassChallenge. Having a refrigerator in the room is always a nice touch.

It would be nice to offer registered Pan Mass Challenge riders a reduced room rate. It would benefit everyone in the fight against cancer. I'm sure you could become an official sponsor of the ride. By doing that you could come close to selling out on the Friday before the ride.
