The location was the reason for my choice. And, it was perfect. A bonus was the staff and the facility. Both were great. The manager "Audios" was amazing. He went out of his way to help when I ran into room and computer issues. His attention to detail, and a customers need is outstanding. The room and bed were very comfortable and quite.

I would say nothing. Do realize this is an older hotel furnished and decorated in darker tones. So, if you are looking for brand new contemporary colors and furniture you might be disappointed,

The staff was very friendly and patient! Our room was nice and cozy. Loved that they had a small area located right next to the front desk where you can buy snacks and a drink. The hotel is also located right next to a dunkin donuts and is not far from a shopping center! Definitely would stay here again!

In our hotel room, the shower head was slightly coming off the wall, and the pressure was constantly changing while trying to shower. And one of the handles on the tv stand was broken so when we went to open it here the mini fridge was located it just kept popping off

Everywhere was clean from the moment I arrived. I should have come down earlier for breakfast to enjoy everything. Even the elevators and outback were clean. I brought a dog, and she was treated with respect and awhs and a bone. This made her first hotel visit perfect.

Untimely, I arrived while some type of school athletic team was there. They were all polite but worried our pup. If the seminar was on a different day, possibly better, but oh well can't have everything. The only suggestion I have is an optional bathtub chair for the disabled.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a long line for checking in, but they were very professional and efficient. The bartender at night was super friendly and entertaining. Breakfast was great as well.

The toilet was very loud and ran every couple minutes. I had to shut the water off to the toilet so we could sleep. The hall light also flickered constantly, even with the light switch off. A bit pricey for what we got, but overall a good stay.

I like the location and that there are sitting areas in the room with desks etc. I love that the breakfast is free and there is a large variety of things to choose from. Staff is always friendly and accomodationg.

The pool seems to need repair, the paint was chipping off in the water, and this may just be coincidence, but I have been to this hotel a few times with my kids. I remember on 2 completely separate trips, we were in the arcade/game area outside the pool and there were other guests screaming and swearing and using other vulgar language. One instance the group was drinking and leaving their glass in the game area. I just thought it was inappropriate for people to behave that way in an area that is for children. At the bar fine, but I brought my kids to the arcade area/pool.

The room was large and clean, with a good view. Large closet, overall comfortable. When I needed some supplies, the service was prompt. Very close to I-90 and many restaurants around.

The sofa-cum-bed had a flimsy mattress, making it hard to get quality sleep. Breakfast was ok with basics in place but both days they ran out of things for short periods of time. No locker in room.

non-smoking building a big plus! very clean and fresh scent thru out building. very friendly staff and plenty of on-site parking. Also, it is very close to getting on and off hiway.

1st morning breakfast was missing a few items. looks like the breakfast club was late getting there in the morning to set up and be ready by 6am.

The breakfast was very good, the people working there were very nice people and helpful. My room was clean and they are pet friendly which was wonderful since I brought my dog.

Nothing I didn't really like the only thing I was thinking was it might have been a good idea to have a couple of floors with people with dogs.

We traveled from Maine to Six Flags and this was the perfect location and price point for us. I was surprised that the place was as clean and professional as it was. You don't expect that when you are traveling on a budget.

The free buffet included was too crowded making it not an option for us. Not a big deal though.

The worker during breakfast Rose was an excellent worker. She was patient and made sure everything was up to par during the breakfast. She worked really hard and answered all my questions, she deserves a raise!!

Variety of dairy free milk would have been nice for those who are lactose intolerant like myself
