I stayed at Sonesta while some of my house was getting renovated. I loved that I could bring my pets ( dog and cat). It was really comfortable little suite. Small but well functioning kitchen, AC, good wifi and I liked there were doors between the bed room and small living room/kitchenette. They have breakfast included but I never took advantage. It was pretty quiet and I liked they came once a week for cleaning instead of daily. Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed a month with my child for Summer camp at Fayschool. Below comments made based on long term stay (1 month) - Friendly staffs except higher managers - Specially house keeping and cantten staffs were nice. - Swimming pool. sports court - Kitchen for cooking - Free parking - Wifi: pretty fast - Worth for long stay - well working on cooling and heating

- Felt so bad when trying to take some food out to the room, while others all packing big food box. There was even paper bag for take out - Would say i was discriminated a couple of times. - Room was extemely old and furnitures were worn - Specially carpet and sofa was not clean and smelled a lot for whole stay period. - No offer for changing the room due to high peak seasom - Not enough kitchenware and worn and not maintained well. - Laundry and dryer was 3 USD each which is okay but not maintained. Kinda dirty. No choice to use. - Young guys smoked weed in front of child at the swimming pool and a lot of pot smell around - only running, stepping machine and bumbbells - bathroom was not clean. Lots of hairs came out at the first day: I bought some cleaning stuffs to clean up

Receptionist was nice and very helpfull , she provide many info about the transportation and surroundings . Room was amazing ! Clean and very comfortable , we had all we need for a 3 days vacation .Pool - very clean and heated .Pool area- amazing chairs for relaxation . This hotel gives you the impression that you are in a South America resort vacation , the buildings concept and vegetation are different than all other hotels I stayed . Basic breakfast but exactly what we needed to keep us full for half day. The lady at the breakfast station , Alicja , is a wonderfull person .She was helping and assisting everyone ; with a big smile on her face she was welcoming the guests in the breakfast area .Made an impact on us , a good one . Overall ..we will go back next year for more days . 35 min distance from Boston .

Mosquitos - too many and very agressive . Evening time you are eaten alive by mosquitos , no guest was outside even if we wanted to spend some time near the pool or at the garden tables . Was my boyfriend bday , I call the reception lady and she promised that in the room will be a happy bday printed page ..as a surprise .Is not part of her job , but if she promised she should keep her word. The staff here were excellent! Everyone exceeded expectations!! I asked for a few things and front desk and breakfast staff always made it happen! I never stayed at a Sonesta property before but I felt like this is a great brand just because of the employees here! We only stayed a weekend and this is a place that caters to extended stays, so there isn't daily housekeeping service, but we knew that and didn't need it. We would all come back again.

I chose a super busy weekend to travel due to college tour dates that worked for my family. So, this isn't the hotel's fault, they were just really full. The prices were quite high, too, but compared to everywhere else, I thought it was reasonable and between the room size, kitchen/amenities and the included breakfast, I can even say there was value for what we paid. It was all comfortable, clean and safe/secure so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves for the time we spent at the hotel.

At $ 145 per night for a suite, Sonesta offered excellent value for the money, provided you don't mind driving everywhere. The suite was spacious and clean, the kitchen well-equipped, air-conditioning worked well, desk service was 24/7 and breakfast was satisfactory, with a selection of bagels, instant oatmeal, eggs, breakfast sandwiches and Chobani yogurts. Since we wanted to be within driving distance from various attractions (Plymouth, Old Sturbridge, hiking trails), we were very happy with the stay.

The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the one in the living room had substandard reception (too dark) on most channels.

Location was what we wanted for our visit to Boston. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, not a great deal of choice, could have been better. Suites were well equipped though no extra bedding in rooms for the sofa bed. None available when we asked either.

We requested rooms close together (3 families) but they couldn't have been further apart!! We were also told that we hadn't made the request by the guy on reception who had literally started at the hotel on that weekend and consequently knew nothing about the Boston area at all!! Not very helpful to visitors from out of town.

property is very well maintained, very clean and extremely comfortable. Other reviews mentioned sagging furniture for example, we are so glad we did not let that deter us. we felt at home from the moment we arrived

Wouldn’t call this a dislike but there was damage in one of our bedrooms we only saw it because we wanted to unplug the tv because it would turn on with the main tv in the common room which we were not expecting to experience nor deal with damage. However we reports our finding right away to the front desk and they assured us we would not be charged.

I was impressed on how big the room was and the pool was a great bonus.. the water was as warm as bath water..very enjoyable 😉!! The room was tastefully decorated and extremely clean also was chock full of kitchen emenities even had a measuring cup...I'll definitely have to stay again.. Recommend for the price..ohh the best part was the extra comfortable bed!!

The only thing that was not very good was the breakfast spread.. We were looking forward to some fresh waffles and OJ but we're disappointed to see frozen breakfast sandwiches watered down coffee and mini danishes..Needless to say we made a Dunkin stop on our way..but not much to complain about..

Fantastic room with kitchen and separate bedroom. Pocket doors closed bedroom off from kitchen and livingroom. Spotlessly clean. VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Easy on and off expressways. The room is very reasonably priced and includes a nice breakfast. Eggs, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, blueberry muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee are all included.

The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. They are the main reason we would come back to this hotel. Unexpectedly we had a kitchen, bar, desk and livingroom in the hotelroom which was very convenient.

Breakfast is not healthy and not causy.
